Mother;

Well we finally took care of our wounded. Then we proceeded through the gate to the main temple. We fought an elemental in the corridor (10' wide) and then proceeded to fight guards and elementals in various rooms and corridors. Finally, I was able to get the party to go down the main corridor and enter the chamber. It seems the druid has a driving influence on the party. they feared being attacked by a few extra elementals and the measly hand full of guards.

We entered the main chamber and in the middle in the center of the chamber surrounded by a circle of protection was a juggernaut war forged and an evil cleric. It was a very pitched battle. The bard, ranger, rogue, and the ogre were all down, but that wasn't the worst. The cleric nearly died twice, but fortunately her deity was watching over her and she managed to live. I finally managed to take down the war forged, but only due to the sacrifices of the cleric.

We are finally heading back to  our realm with a load of treasure. When we finally get there I was so delighted to actually be back I was kissing the ground, hugging trees, and talking up a storm to the local rocks. They were glad to have me back, but it didn't last long. We hadn't even been traveling a few hours when we came across a dead body. The Earl's oldest son Thomas Farren. He was killed by some type of lyncanthrope who managed to ambush the young lad. We recovered the the remains and returned them to the Barron's keep.

Naturally the guard ask a bunch of questions, but told him the truth. Afterwards I immediately went to Lancelot. He was furrious. He didn't even want to talk to me, but after a lengthy discussion I was able to talk some sense into him. After a lengthy ride through the forest I dressed for the dinner meeting with the Barron. Over a lengthy discussion and long dinner we were asked to deliver the body to the Earl in the morning. That evening we discussed some lengthy business with Thuenor the dwarven smith.

Now I must get ready for our travel to the Earls'.

Love,

E'Ze
