Mother;
I have to keep this letter short. I don't know when I will be able to send it out, but when I can I hope you receive it swiftly. Much of what I am about to tell you never happened, it is only a fairy tale. So take it in stride and don't get too overly upset about it. In a way it is rather funny.
This group of bumbling idiots decide to listen to the all mighty 'prince charming' noble and go after an abbey full orc and orc magic users. With nothing but a hand full of potions, their bravado , and hours of squabbling over nothing and days worth of irrelevant stories about their previous lives. Yah, they really work great as a team. It is interesting that even when nothing is said the party still acts as though everything is just fun and games. Hmm, maybe it is about time they realize they are actually dealing with a noble, nah they make great pawns.
The party finally arrives at the abbey. They scout out the scene, not really more like hold up in a hole and hoped they wouldn't be found. Finally, the cover of darkness, even though they were using potions of invisibility, they climbed the walls, sneaked into the around the grounds, and finally into the actually abbey itself. Stupid humans kept on talking even though they were suppose to be invisible, even worse the orcs didn't really figure it out, but they were able to sense our smell. Fortunately, they weren't able to pin point our positions.
The rogue continued through the hallway and opened the room with the sleeping orc and the cleric killed him. Then the bard sneaked past the rogue and attempted to cast a spell, but broke his invisibility potion. Prior to that the sneaky and invisible knight dashed into the room with the mages and proceeded to the farthest one from the rest of the party. The invisible rogue gets past the bard and attacks, but missed badly thus revealing himself and proceeds to wrestle with the mage. The knight strikes with a loud and order commands at the rest of the party. The range proceeds to get into the rafters and sneaks to the other side. The cleric helps out the bard and kills an orc. The sorcerer is preparing some type of spell, and the druid charges on up to take on another mage. The knight grabs the orc mage after being attacked with a burning hands spell and stabbed by an orc and thrusts the sword through its chest.
Meanwhile the sorcerer tosses two beads of fire at the mage and an entering party of orcs killing the orcs and knocking the mage unconscious. Further the rogue gouges out the mages eyes and the druid is playing with her pray. The bard is not so fortunate he is caught in the line of a lightning bolt and attacked by the orcs. The ranger drops down on one of the orc and cuts it in half. The cleric continues to fight some orcs while the sorcerer also goes melee with a bunch of orcs. The knight moves over and kills the unconscious mage, the druid poisons and kills the other mage, and the rogue finally dispatches the fourth mage.
The knight is attempting to regroup the party, but the orcs withdraw from the entrances. A black dragon and knight fly overhead while the orcs surround the abbey. The party frantically searches for an escape rout. They found a wood door that leads down. After, leaving the abbey, they encounter the presumed dead monks, but they were hiding out waiting for the right opportunity to take back their abbey away from the orcs. They refused to help the party, but they seem to have knowledge of the party's fate and previous encounters.
Well, mom that is about all I can about this story.
Sincerely,
E'Ze
