Sisters;

It has been a long time, too long. I have a lot to tell you , but little time to get into the details. Needless to say mother was right. It is that time, no matter what daddy says they are coming. It has begun. I think both of you are in the wrong place. You might have been right, maybe it should have been you who should have come to Man's World, but I don't think you would have fit in. I have managed to slip in using the cover of a bumbling, stupid, and crazy knight. It has taken a lot of effort, but I believe everyone has bought the act. Unfortunately, not even I can keep this kind of cover up forever.

Mother has all of my previous letters. You need to check with her and get the information. Just remember mom's little black book, it helps a lot. I have been knighted as a Knight Errant, but I know we have to go back and finish our coronation. I hope to be finished with this soon and then we can get back together as a team. The way it was meant to be in the first place. If only evil would be satisfied, but it always quenches for more. You know that better than anybody.

Well I should tell you a little about our current endeavors. We are on a mission to recover some ancient tomes that will prevent the 'ancient ones' from finishing  their master plan from an ancient dungeon. We talked to the captain this morning about the dungeon. He was part of a party that went to the mausoleum, but his entire party was wiped out. Twelve good soldiers all dead, but he managed to survive. The general wanted me to destroy a Sarzac's master. Not an easy task. I spent the rest of the day talking to the rivers and streams and I managed to procure a few potions of healing. I did however find out that the steams are being diverted. Something is causing to dry up. It might be the orcs, Sarzac, the ancient ones, or who knows what. Either way it is only a matter of time before the others notice. Its best I just let the water under bridge flow on by on this one.

Afterwards the group was so energetic to get on the move that they headed out to the mausoleum without the cleric or the sorcerer. Stupid! I don't understand why we were in such a rush. It would have been nice to have finish my training with the Celebriän, but I will have to finish after we get back. A few days later we arrived at the mausoleum. It was abandoned. It seemed to be in the shape of an upside down cross. Archi, the ogre, went to the one building with the halfling, but it was empty. The rogue spotted some strange writing on the Dwarf sculpture warning about not disturbing the bones. He did however find a key. Then suddenly the ogre and ranger were attacked by ghouls. The ogre bellowed for help. I waited to see what the party was going to do next. They seemed to wait and hesitate. I don't think they really know what they are doing. Although I will have to admit, that the ogre and ranger are getting along rather well. Strange but true.

Archi had managed to down one and hurt another. The ranger managed to position herself in a better position and hurt one. Then the crazy bard and rogue decide to shoot arrows at them while the ogre and ranger were engaged in melee with them. They bard missed badly and hit the ogre. I thought for sure Archi's temper would flare and he would kill him, but it must have only been a minor wound . Finally I could wait any longer and dashed forward and entered the fray. I immediately cut one down and move up to help form a wedge with the ranger. Archi continued and the druid moved over and closer. She finally also entered the fray. I cut another one down and helped rid the ranger's final one. Archi finally takes down another one and just pounds one into the ground like a nail.

We were about to move onto the mausoleum, but we were attacked by gargoyles. The rogue rushed to the mausoleum and uses the key to open the doors and the rest fanned out and engaged. I moved forward and struck one down. Celebriän was eager to crush, kill, and destroy. She hardly talked at all for the past few days, but when battle calls she loves to just jump straight in and destroy. The is engaged by more than three gargoyles.  She was hurt and Archi charged forward and snatches her right out of a circle of gargoyles and races straight for the mausoleum. I thought for sure he was going to go right through the door. I also moved forward hoping the rest would follow. I seems the rest of the parties weapons were not as effective at hurting them. Beside most them are not trained warriors so they really can't hit squat.

We managed to get into the mausoleum, but then we find out we are locked in. Not a good place to be. Fortunately the 'security expert' was good enough to find a hidden door and opened it. We proceeded down a rough tunnel to a door and a set of stairs leading over a pit trap. Lucky for us the security expert is good otherwise he would have been dead. After a number of dead end tunnels (no left is not always the correct way) we ended up in a room full of coffins. Oh, the stench it smells just like the worst outhouse you have ever been in. Well I have to go now we are about to go into another section.

Sincerely,

E'Ze
