Dear Aunt Salita;

We have been to see the Baron again to restock on supplies and gain information before setting out again. Yes, I definitely understand how your fiend fell in love with him all those years ago. He is very formidable and good looking for an elf. I can only imagine him a few hundred years ago.

Thunor came through for the group, he was able to craft me an adamantine chain shirt and one kukri. Yes, before you ask he is still a cantankerous genius, I like him.

After hearing all your stories it was wonderful to meet one of the characters. Talib was sort of scary, but his tattoos were very intriguing.

We are now headed for the island of necromancers to hunt down Sarzac. You will recall the boat we took once belonged to him. This should be fun.

I write again when I can.

Love,

Rain

 Lord Arthur:

It has been a long time. I hope the Guenevere is doing well. I certainly miss Camelot, but my duties here are not finished. Hopefully, soon, this new knight will return, again. Although it has given me a ton of time to do other 'things', mighty fine fillies here!

The group went out and did a ton of shopping prior to their big trip. I believe they even went to Kristov and negotiated transportation. I wonder why the Earl & Pizanteos are in league with one another. I doubt that the E'Ze has even figured it out. Afterwards I am willing to bet that E'Ze went to the Broken Claw and talked her big mouth off to Sho over some made up pretences. I doubt that she actually found out that the Earl is planning war and is in league with Pizanteos. How they became hooked up is unknown to me, but I can bet they are in leagued with those pesky goblins up north and Sho knows what is going on. It seems everyone knows, except E'Ze. She is the most clueless knight I have ever met, but she certainly makes up for it in spirit.

Well they are off on their voyage. I can imagine how sick she is, she gets sea sick, yuck. The crew must be having a field day.

I doubt they were able to actually land on shore, without having to row 10 miles due to the horrible reef around the island. Fortunately it is a deciduous forested island so it shouldn't be too bad, except for the undead, roaming monsters, and creepy beings inhabiting the island. Yah, I am even willing to bet she is kissing the ground the moment she lands on shore and probably giving away their position. I doubt that the rogue even wakes up, hmm maybe he spends the entire time in the row boat.

I wonder what kind of creature they will encounter when they land on the beach. I doubt they get  5' before they encounter something. Knowing the necromancer it will be something like a flesh golem or zombies. I can imagine the fight already; it is raining and 7-8 flesh golems, on the beach before they even can spot them they will be upon them in a short moment. Then that Wizard runs away after he finds out that his spells don't affect the golems. I bet he even tries using a scorching ray wand, but even a wizard can get lucky and find out that the golems are slowed by lighting bolts. Then the Bard and Druid will get swarmed and the druid will try using magic with the same effect. I doubt she will notice that the golems are not affected by her flaming scimitar. The Bard will tumble around and attempt to distract them, but they are too stupid.

You know the strangest part is the Ranger. The Ranger will probably be swarmed by these golems and she will most likely drop, probably very close to being dead on the spot. Although, she is good at playing dead and the stupid golems will probably move on. Luckly she bought one of those healing beads and uses it after she regains consciousness. Then she will do something stupid like attack again and fumble her magic kukri into the ocean.  During the whole thing the Wizard will get caught and E'Ze will have to leave the rest of the party and rescue him. She is good though, so I am willing to bet she actually figures out that the moon blade is not effective and she uses the adamantine blades she now keeps. That is probably when the Bard also figures it out.

He certainly can move around a lot. He seems frustrated that he is not effective in melee combat or ranged combat, but that would just be my guesse. He spends too much time moving around and trying to distract the enemy. No wonder he gets hurt a lot. That is probably when the Druid shape changes into a bear or something and goes all medieval on the golems. Most likely E'Ze will kill a few of them and have to go off and heal everyone throughout the battle. Especially Rain, most likely multiple times. Knowing E'Ze though, she is too stubborn to ask for help even when she is hurt and she is off healing the others and the Bard will have to go off running after E'Ze right in the middle of a fight just heal her stubborness. Yep, and the Druid will continue to use her spells, but it will be her grappling and her bear attacks that will win the day and take down a couple of the golems. During the whole thing the Wizard is probably running around like an idiot. I am willing to bet he even forgets to use his magic items. Typical genius, stupid.

I wonder if they will ever to learn to be more effective as a team? Maybe one of them will finally take the leadership mantle and lead the team during battle, doubtful. I hope they start communicating better.

Well I need to get back to my fillies and take care of business.

Sincerely Yours,

Lancelot
