Written by: Trenton

Opening Scene

Tristy merrily hops out of her vehicle as she has just arrived at her house after a long week at school. She has been waiting for the weekend since Monday and now that its here she takes even longer to sample some of the final blooms of the season before the flowers die for the year. She walks into her house and heads of to her room. Before she can even get there though She stops in the living room. Across her living room wall is written , “Give me what I want and I will leave.” It seems to be written in blood but she sees nothing that it could have come from. That’s when she sees the trail of blood on the floor coming from the kitchen. She slowly follows it half wanting to know what happened and half not. As soon as she enters the kitchen her face pales to a powder white. Across the entirety of the kitchen is flesh, bone, and assorted fluids are strewn about. She sees the body of her aunt lying on the floor vivisected and her entrails spread everywhere. From her intestines wrapped around the table and chairs to her stomach in the sink. Tristy falls to her knees looking at her defiled aunt. Then a white shimmering comes out of the corner of her eye. Paige enters and looks about. A disgusted look is upon her face and she grabs hold of Tristy and they both orb out.

Act 1

We come in at the Haliwell residence with Phoebe and Pipper at the dinning room table. Paige orbs in with Tristy in tow who quickly falls to the floor gasping for breath between the great sobs. Paige leaves Tristy and heads over to the sisters. She quickly informs them that she found her charge in very dire straight and thought it best to bring her here. The sisters nod in unison and Decide to get Tristy settled in for some time alone with her thoughts. Before they can react though Tristy seems to have had a complete mood shift. She approaches all three of them and demands to see the Book of Shadows. Paige attempts to reason with her but before they can think Tristy shimmers out of the room. She appears in the attic followed shortly by Paige then the other two. Tristy approaches the book and places her hand over the cover. Instantly the book opens and flips right to the section she needed. She scans the material she found last time she was here and looked at it better. The three look at her bitterly wishing to tell her nothing more than to get away from the book and get some sleep.  After a few tense moments Tristy stops gazing at the book and looks up at the three sisters, “Lazarus, Lazarus is my father.” The three looked dumb struck by her erratic behavior. She begins to explain that there is a powerful demon who in his last two appearances upon earth have harkened the destruction of entire communities of humans. In fact one time he caused an entire island to fall into the sea. Eventually Leo orbs in. Leo walks over to Tristy.  He explains that things are dire and that she has to move from the manner immediately. Tristy agrees and they orb off.

Act 2

The three sisters are still all looking at each other with looks of bewilderment. Paige looked out the window and saw that a storm was coming. She said that they better baton down the hatches because it looked like a bad one. As she went throughout the house a knock came at the door. Rushing to it a strange man in a fine tweed suit and a cane with bowler hat tucked neatly under his arm gazed at Paige. In a voice that seemed almost distant asked if Tristy was at the residence. Paige thinking it quite odd that anyone would know about Tristy said she had never heard of her. Hearing that he bid good day and walked away. Paige looked down the road after him but he was gone and the clouds she swore looked like they were rolling away.

At the same time Tristy and Leo orbed in atop a hill filled with ancient stones and carvings. Tristy looked around attempting to survey her surroundings. She found it no use. Leo pointed at a stone and said that if she just walked into the stone it would take her to a sanctuary were she would be safe. Before she could ask from what, he was gone. She did as he instructed and found her hand pass easily into the stone. With a deep breath she entered the stone. A world opened to her on the other side. And underground cavern with shining diamonds and grass and gardens met her eyes. She saw three women dancing merrily over to one side and a group of short individuals speaking in a somewhat Irish accent. One such individual approached her telling her that she was safe now. He escorted her to a room where she could be away from the hustle and bustle of everything. She asked him what was going on here and what all these strange people were about. Well, rather than get into details let us just say that she found out that a lot of those stories her aunt told her weren’t exactly to be placed in the fiction section. Tristy’s head swam with all the events of the day. Above all the image of a man kept flashing in her mind. She felt as though he had plagued her for centuries. Soon she lulled off into a slumber by her emotional distress and fatigue.

Act 3

Visions of blood and death came all night in her dreams and those same words , “Give me what I want and I will leave.” Tristy awoke in a cold sweat looking around her for her psychic attacker. Across the room from her again scrawled in blood were the words “Give me what I want and I will leave.” She screamed and stared at the familiar words. A crowd of people came into her room and looked upon the words. Many looked at Tristy with shock and fear others attempted to figure out what the words mean. Tristy leapt from her bed and searched for the exit. Two leprechauns tried to warn her but she was thoroughly ready to not get anyone else killed because of her.  She told them all that she was what this thing wanted and if she were to just give herself to him then everything would go back to peace. They nodded and pointed her to the exit. She passed through the mystic passage once more and entered a full-blown hurricane. The wind whipped every which way blinding her with debris and rain. She screamed into the storm “I’m here take me!!!” a sudden lull came around her and out of the thick of the storm walked a man in a fine tweed suit. “Who are you?” Tristy said in an exasperated tone. “Lazarus” said the man. Tristy gazed at the thing with a dumbstruck horror and yet a sort of comfort came over her. He reached into his suit and extracted a note. “Return to your sanctuary all will come to pass there.” Tristy looked down at the note then up at the man, who was gone and the storm raged and howled again.

Act 4

Tristy was yet again back in the confines of her underground prison forced to be without any form of knowledge or information regarding her father. As the day went one so did Tristy’s anxiety over the up coming events. Finally at midnight all was quiet and all were gathered in the dining hall. Tristy looked around as did eight other women at the table. Tristy noticed that they were the only ones moving. It seemed that everyone else was frozen in time. The man appeared out of the shadows and addressed those able to listen. “I have grown old and frankly wish to finally rest. But I must have an apprentice to carry on after I’m gone. One of you nine women will be the bearer of that child.” He took out a bag and continued “In this bag there are eight black stones and one white one. Whoever gets the white will be the mother of my replacement.” The man tossed the bag into the middle of the table. The first woman looked at it with a nervous look on her fact but then garbed the bag and reached in taking out one of the stones in a clenched fist. Each one did this with Tristy being right in the middle. After the last woman extracted the last stone They each opened their hands. Tristy looked into her hand. Within it lay a smooth pristine pebble. She looked Lazarus. All he did was point a finger at her and the other eight women paused in time looking at their stones. He then slowly allowed his finger to make small circles in the air. Before she could even comprehend what was happening to her she felt her body swell as though she were with child. Soon she felt the pain of her contractions. Tristy laid upon the ground breathing deeply. Lazarus came over and ripped off her clothes. After a grueling birth a child lay in Lazarus’ arms and he looked down at it. “Take good care of your grandchild father” Tristy said as she slipped into unconsciousness. He merely looked at her “I’m sorry child but I’m not this child’s grandfather that honor goes to some demon not me. He then smiled and walked off.

Final Act

Tristy awoke within the Haliwell residence. Leo leaned over her with a hand pressed on her stomach. “I’m so sorry that I couldn’t help you” he said in a soothing voice. Tristy turned away with a distant look in her eyes. Leo leaned down to comfort her but before he was there Tristy just shimmered away.  She appeared at her home with the body of her aunt still in the kitchen. She knelt down before the corps and dipped her fingers into the pooled blood.  She held up two blood soaked fingers. She recited an ancient prayer unknown to any within her family. She then started to draw rune after rune upon the wall chanting as she did so. “Fine father, if you won’t come to me I’ll just have to come to you. Perhaps it’s time to summon my demon cousins for some information.”
