New Qualities:

Psychic Potential – Cost 5/level (Max level 10)

You have a gift, untapped by the masses of humanity that allows you to focus your mental energies to perform amazing feats. Add +1 to your Willpower + Psychic Potential for each level of Psychic Potential, max +5.

 

Each feat is a quality (add other powers to taste):

·          Psychic Healing – Make a Psychic Potential roll. Each Success Level heals a number of Life Points equal to your Psychic Potential. It can only be used by touch.

·          Pyro/Cryokinesis – Make a Psychic Potential roll. Each Success Level creates fire/cold for a number of turns times the Psychic Potential. It does  3 Life Points of damage per Turn. At 20 pts of damage scaring occurs. It can be used up to Willpower x10 in feet.

·          Telekinesis – Make a Psychic Potential roll. Each Success Level gains 1 point of Strength. It can be used up to Willpower x10 in feet. See book for details.

·          Telepathy – Make a Psychic Potential roll. Each Success Level can be used to mentally ‘talk’ to multiple individuals. It can be used up to Willpower x10 in feet. If both individuals want to communicate the Psychic Potential roll is Simple if the target does not want to communicate it becomes a Resisted roll.

·          Mind Probe – Make a Resisted Psychic Potential roll. Each Success Level greater than the targets gains information from the target (Director’s choice). It can be used up to Willpower x10 in feet.

·          Mind Control - ?

These qualities cost 1 point per level, for three levels:
