Having your first psychic vision on your twelfth birthday is hardly a good present. Especially when you’re best friend is hit by a school bus. I remember that day so clearly. I woke up after having it and rushed down stairs into my parents’ room to tell them about it. They merely patted me on the head and told me it was a nightmare nothing more.
However, it was much, much more than a dream. As I got off the bus for school that day my friend was walking across the parking lot when suddenly the bus I was riding pulled out and never even saw her there. It all was exactly like my dream. At that moment I was in shock and eventually had a full-fledged mental breakdown over it.
Hauling me off to the hospital, I tried to tell them that I saw it coming and that it was my fault. Needless to say the doctors thought that I had gone of the deep end and needed to be institutionalized for a whole year.
Put on medication and totally vision free I began to regain my shattered psyche. Coming back to school was hard especially when people are talking behind your back that you’re a witch and that you’re evil. However, the one thing that kept me together was my Aunt. While my parents tried to keep their lives in Pleasantville they just couldn’t and so I went to live with my aunt. I always liked her she told me that we were very alike.
It wasn’t until my episode that I finally found out how true those words where. With her help I was able to cultivate my psychic powers as well as my spell work (O.K. so the kids in the hall were half-right) but it was nice to finally have a role model to train me. Growing up and re-establishing my tarnished social position was not an easy task.
Finally the next year I started having visions again but not very positive ones more along the lines of people dying and demons being born. But, with a few words with my aunt it eventually became more tolerable.
When I finally decided to search out what my visions meant I came across people who were just like me, like Dante the Demon Slayer (maybe we could start “working” together to kill these things which plague my dreams). That’s just one there is also a fellow Wicca in the group named Ruby but she doesn’t seem to like her powers, Glen that creepy Goth girl from school and of course the new slayer who seems to be a real bookworm. But together I guess we make up a sort of Scooby Gang, complete with Mystery Mobile (more like Mystery Hearse), and all.

Roleplaying
Deep within you the idea that you predict death and destruction disturbs you and even is quite scary. But it is this very reason that drives you to go out night after night to slay those that torment you. Using your unique brand of psychic magic you have a great potential which will probably exceed your aunt’s one day soon. This to scares you that you will no longer have a person to supervise your progress and guide you. Soon you will have to go off on your own and forge a new chapter of the great Hatil family spell book. Things are going to change and weather for better or worse you will at least have friends to help you.
