This story has been written for a dear friend of mine – Lexie! KIVE,
babe!
Milliardo was sitting on the hard
wooden bench. His elbows were propped on the back of the bench in front of him
and his head rested on his clasped hands. His long platinum blond hair hiding
his face, giving him even more privacy.
The church was empty so nobody
was disturbing Milliardo in his prayer. In a couple of days he will become a
part of this holy world himself. To be a priest had always been his dream and
now it would be fulfilled. Milliardo had always loved to visit this quiet,
unearthly place, to sit here for hours. He felt that he was closer to God in
here.
He prayed for the homeless on the
streets - the night was cold and the snow was falling. He hoped they took
shelter in the Charity Home he helped to manage. Maybe he should go and check
their favourite spots on his way home just to be sure that they wouldn’t freeze
to death tonight.
And he prayed for the children in
the Maxwell orphanage. The boys and girls there were his life. He had helped
Father Maxwell with the little bundles of energy since he’d started to visit
the seminar. They loved him and he adored them. He always found time to play
football with them or to teach them how to read and write. He was filled with
happiness at the knowledge that he would see them grow up, marry and have their
own children.
This quiet life suited him best.
His parents and wanabe-girlfriend Noin weren’t so satisfied and their disapproval
filled him with sadness. Why couldn’t they be just happy for him?
"You don’t belong
here."
There was a whisper. A cold
breath touched his neck and brought Milliardo out of his contemplation. He
looked around, but the church was still empty. The only movement he could see
were the flames of the candles as they flickered in the cold flow of air.
Milliardo frowned. His
imagination was playing tricks on him. Maybe he was more tired than he thought
he was. He should probably go home.
"This is not your
destiny."
There was the voice again. This
time it came from the right.
Milliardo unclasped his hands and
turned around. "Is anybody here?" he called out warily.
Suddenly a door near the altar
opened with a screech. Milliardo whirled around, scared. His breath was coming
in short gasps, pulse racing.
"Are you all right,
Milli?"
It was only Father Maxwell.
Seeing the pleasant old man looking at him with such concern, Milliardo nodded.
He pressed his right hand to his chest to try and calm down his pounding heart.
"I thought I heard you
talking to someone, son."
Milliardo stood up. "I
thought I heard someone." He walked out into the wide corridor between the
two long rows of benches.
"You should go home, my son.
It’s not safe in this neighbourhood this late. Or perhaps you should stay here
overnight." The older man’s concern for his young companion was now
evident.
Milliardo walked down the
corridor and knelt down in front of the altar. He crossed himself and got up
again. "No need, Father. It’s not that far and I wanted to check on the
homeless yet."
Father Maxwell waited for the
younger man to meet him at the door. "You have a good heart, Milliardo.
But you should take care more of yourself. This isn’t a safe
neighbourhood." Laying an arm around Milliardo's shoulders, he led him out
of the church. "Come along, the kids are waiting for you to say goodnight
before going to bed."
Yes, Milliardo was happy.
***
Milliardo said goodbye to the
children, Father Maxwell and Sister Helen and left the small orphanage that was
plastered against the left side of the church. He zipped up the heavy jacket
that was protecting him against the cold and stuffed his hands in his pockets.
It was freezing outside. The snow
was still drifting down, but the wind had stilled. The white masses were
glistening in the light of the street lamps. Everything was oddly quiet - as it
seemed to happen when everything disappeared under the heavy white cover.
Milliardo walked slowly down the
narrow path, cleared of its snow. Father Maxwell told him not to go look for
the homeless anymore tonight. It was already very late but still...
Suddenly Milliardo stopped,
instinctively knowing he was no longer alone. He looked around but the street
was as deserted as before. He tried to shake away the uneasy feeling that had
settled down in his stomach and continued at a much faster pace to his waiting
car.
But before he could reach it he
heard that voice again: "You can’t run away from me, young one."
He stopped, frozen in the place
by fear. He wanted to turn around to check his surrounding once again but
before he could move an arm snaked around his rib cage, effectively pinning his
arms to his sides. Another arm sneaked around his shoulders then moved up and
he felt a cold hand touch his bare neck. He gasped as a feeling like static
electricity rushed over his skin with the touch.
Milliard didn’t hear the man
approaching him. And man it was. His arms were holding him tightly, almost crushing
him in his powerful hold. Milliardo started to panic; he struggled even though
there was no chance of escaping the tight grip. He opened his mouth to scream,
to call for help. But then he felt the powerful hand close around his neck, the
long fingers digging deep into the vulnerable flesh, but not deep enough to
actually break the skin.
"One word and I will tear
your throat off," the unearthly, cold voice whispered into his ear.
Milliardo stopped struggling
immediately. He was gasping for air as a panic attack hit him with full force.
He felt as though he couldn’t get any air into his oxygen-starved lungs. His
eyes were wide open and he was looking up to the dark night sky, the snowflakes
landing on his face melting away almost immediately.
The other man nuzzled his neck,
scrapping the soft skin there lightly with his teeth. He chuckled as he felt
Milliardo shudder. "That’s right. Do you feel it? Can you sense that
strange feeling uncoil in the pit of your stomach?" he whispered seductively
into his ear, licking the outer shell. He then licked the sensitive place
behind Milliardo’s ear and Milli couldn’t stop the small moan from passing his
lips.
Milliardo really could feel it.
The hot feeling burning in his stomach. He didn’t know what it was. It was even
more frightening than the unknown stranger holding him so tightly in place. He
didn’t want that...
"Please... please, let me
go... please... " He begged, not realising that there were silent tears
sliding down his half frozen cheeks, leaving twin trails of heated moisture on
his skin. "Please..." he sobbed.
The hand moved away from his
throat and caressed his unbound hair. "So soft..." The captor
whispered, his voice sending yet another shudder down Milliardo’s spine.
"Please..." He begged
once more, voice pleading, with a hint of desperation
The man chuckled once more. It
was a dreadful, chilling sound. "I can’t do that, my angel. I can’t let
you go and make the biggest mistake in your life. Your place isn’t among the
children of God. You don’t belong there." Another soft bite and lick.
Another moan passed Milliardo’s lips. "You have fire in your veins, my
angel. Do you feel it? Do you feel the desire burning in you? And that’s only
the beginning. It could be much more..."
Milliardo closed his eyes tightly
as the man’s hand moved down his neck and to the zipper of his waist long
jacket. His captor pulled the zipper down and stuck his hand inside. He
caressed Milliardo’s chest and wringing a gasp from the boy as he felt the long
fingers close around his nipple through the thin black shirt. He moaned,
experiencing the hot blistering feeling for the first time in his life.
"See, my angel? You like it.
All you have to do is admit it."
Milliardo shook his head in
denial as more tears of desperation ran down his now flushed cheeks.
"Admit it and I will make
you feel so good. I will show you heaven, true bliss ."
Milliardo felt his knees growing
weak. The seductive voice was penetrating his mind, reaching the hidden parts
of his mind and soul, invading them... He tried to resist. He had to resist the
call of the devil. This wasn’t right. He belonged to God. With his body and
soul.
"Please, let me go. This
isn’t right. I don’t want it," he begged. His voice was hoarse and he
sounded as though he had been crying for hours.
There was a bitterly amused
chuckle again. "This isn’t about what you want, angel, don’t you get it
yet? This is about what you need."
Milliardo shook his head again.
"I don’t need this. I swore my body to God, together with my soul."
The man snarled at the mention of
God. "God? Could your God give you this?" He pulled his hand out of
the warmth of the jacket and moved it down, gripping the man’s half hardened
member tightly. Milliardo cried out silently and bucked up against the hand
instinctively. "Would God allow you to experience this?" He began to
move his fist up and down the now rock hard erection in his palm, grasping
through the loose black pants. Milliardo was now rocking forward to meet the
hand, instinct old as mankind itself taking over, overriding every protest his
mind could come with. "You are telling me you don’t want it but your body
obviously has a different meaning."
Milliardo felt himself respond to
the man’s actions. The hot pulsing desire that had been in the pit of his
stomach was now concentrated in his crotch and the only thing he could do,
could only think of was to reach higher and higher. His body knew instinctively
that the man could give him what he desired and he could hear himself moaning
in response. But there were still the thoughts about the oath he took, the oath
about serving God with all his being. And the last sane pieces of his being
were trying to hold on that. But he was fighting a lost battle. Tears were
streaming down his face and pain was spreading in his heart at the thought of
his betrayal of God when in the same time some part of him welcomed his
approaching completion. And for the first time in his life he hated somebody.
He hated himself for being so weak.
"So many tears, my angel,
shed for the loss of innocence." He licked away the hot, salty tears while
still gripping the cock in his hand tightly. Milliardo turned his face away,
unintentionally baring his long neck in the process. "You are still
fighting it, my angel. You must let go."
"No," Milli moaned,
trying to still his bucking hips, screwing his eyes shut even more tightly.
The man behind him sighed.
"You don’t leave me any other choice, my angel. I didn’t want to do it at
first, but if it is the only way I can keep you with me..."
Before the words could even
register within Milliardo’s fogged mind there was a sharp pain on his neck.
Something pierced his skin and he felt his hot, thick blood rush out of his
body. He screamed in pain and pleasure as he found his completion for the first
time and released himself into his pants while the stranger kept sucking at his
neck. His hips stilled their rocking movement finally; he was panting in
exhaustion and sobbing with grief. His knees gave up on him. The arm that had
previously been holding him tightly around his chest tightened even more to
keeping him upright. Milliardo felt himself growing weaker and weaker as the
man continued to lap at his blood. But Milliardo didn’t care anymore. Maybe it
would be better if the man killed him right there and then.
But then the stranger pulled away
finally, licking at his neck, cleaning all the traces of blood from the already
closing wound. Milliardo was panting slightly, white puffs of steam leaving his
mouth. He opened his eyes just a fraction but didn’t register anything of what
was happening around him.
The stranger chuckled again, but
this time it was a warm, satisfied sort of chuckle. He lifted his hand from
Milliardo’s now spent manhood and slid it over his eyes, closing the eyelids in
the process.
Then there was the whisper again:
"Sleep." It was an order and before Milliardo could even think about
protesting, the darkness embraced him and he knew of nothing.
***
The first thing Milliardo heard
when he woke up was hushed music //Gregorian
Chants? Strange// and the crackling of fire in the background. The scent of
sandalwood was heavy in the room. He tried to open his eyes but his eyelids
were too heavy. He tried to remember what had actually woken him. Before he
could think further there were hands on his naked body.
Naked? His eyes flew open and he
looked around in fright. He was lying on a big canopy bed covered in black
satin sheets. Only the fire burning in the large fireplace just opposite the
bed lighted the room behind the half closed heavy red curtains. Everything was
dim, almost dark around him. And there were the hands again.
He looked at the moving shadow
half lying next to him.
"Who are you?" Milli
croaked. His lips were dry and he tried to moisture them with the tip of his
tongue.
The shadow chuckled. "I
would think you would remember me, my angel."
Milliardo stiffened.
"You..."
"Yes."
Before the blond man could react
the shadow bent over him, touching his lips with his own. It was a strange
sensation for Milliardo. The stranger was massaging his lips, caressing them
with his tongue, trying to move into his mouth. When Milliardo wouldn’t let him
in, the man raised his hand and slid it down the contours of his body, cupping
his flaccid manhood and sack in his hand. As Milliardo opened his mouth to gasp
in surprise and shock the man used the same moment to slip his tongue inside
the hot and moist cavern.
Milliardo moaned. Emotions were
warring inside his mind, soul and heart. He didn’t want that. But on the other
hand... he had never felt such a desire, such a pleasure in his life. Did it
make him a bad man?
When finally Milliardo thought he
would pass out because of the lack of oxygen the man moved away from him with a
last lick over Milli's lips. Milliardo panted heavily. He tried to squirm away
from the hand still holding his manhood in it’s grasp - manhood that had
started to show its interest in the twisted game the stranger was playing with
him.
"Let me go," Milliardo
whispered gazing up at the shadow’s face. He couldn’t distinguish any features
as of yet, so he just looked in the general area where the man’s eyes should’ve
been.
"I can’t do that, my sweet
innocent angel," the stranger whispered, touching his lips to Milliardo’s
forehead. "If I let you go, you would play this charade about God and the
priesthood again. But there is no God and it would be such a waste if you
closed yourself off behind the thick walls of the church."
Milliardo blushed at the reminder
of his duty to God – a duty he wasn’t successful in fulfilling obviously. He
tried to move away from the man only to find he couldn’t move. Suddenly
frightened out of his mind, he started to pull at his wrists only to find them
attached to the bed posts by handcuffs padded with silk. He pulled even more,
frantically trying to free himself, kicking with his untied legs in a wasted
attempt to get away, when he felt the grip on his cock tighten painfully,
causing him to cry out and still every movement.
He was crying soundlessly, tears
were leaking from his eyes again. "Why? Why are you doing this to me? Why
me? I didn’t do anything to you," he sobbed.
"Shh." The stranger
bent down again, licking away the tears with his hot tongue. "Why you?
Because you are special. I could see the shining aura around you. It was
calling me, beckoning me closer, daring me to touch you, claim you as my own.
You are mine, Milliardo Peacecraft. You have been born to become mine. The
mortals can’t see that, but there are always two people destined for each other.
You can recognize them by the colour of their aura. Unfortunately the mortals
don’t see it and that’s why they often end up with the wrong person." The
stranger leaned against the pillow; his left hand still around Milli’s now
withered cock, the right caressing his tousled hair. "Your aura is
beautiful - shining golden light that almost blinded me the first time I saw
it. I knew I had to have you, had to claim you, before you manage to slip
through my fingers, before I lost you for eternity."
Milliardo shook his head.
"You are not my fate. My destiny is to serve God." He could see the
stranger didn’t even listen to him.
"You may not like it now...
You may protest and kick and scream, but it won’t help you. I have been looking
for you for centuries and you will be mine now. If I have to force you, I will.
But I would prefer it if you come to me of your own free will," the man
admitted, bending down and nibbling at Milliardo’s ear.
He tried to squirm away from him.
"You are crazy. Centuries? Aura? What do you think you are?" The
anger overrode Milliardo’s fear temporarily. "Only God..."
He was interrupted by an enraged
snarl. "God? What God? Did you look around you? Children are dying,
innocent suffer. There is no God. God is dead. He has been for a long time.
Only the mortals are not ready to admit it to themselves. And how do I know
that? I have lived long enough to see more suffering than you can ever imagine.
When you see centuries pass you loose your faith in God."
Milliardo swallowed painfully.
"Centuries? How...?" he asked quietly, breathlessly.
The stranger bent down, licking
at his neck, grazing the soft skin with his sharp teeth once more. "What
do you think, angel?" The chuckle was humourless.
Panic grabbed Milliardo again.
Suddenly it was painful to breath. "You are a... a..."
"A vampire," supplied
the shadow and Milliardo could see his eyes flash red from the darkness.
The blond man tried to pull away,
his arms tearing at the bonds again. "Oh God, please help me," he
cried.
"There is no God, angel of
mine. Only the demons from hell." The man moved covering Milliardo’s
twisting body with his own, restraining his moves efficiently. Bracing himself
with his left hand and catching Milli’s chin in his right hand he covered his lips
with his own.
Milliardo tried to twist away,
but the weight of the man looming over him kept him in place, as did the
restraints tying him up to the bedposts. The vampire was massaging his lips
with his own, tracing the contour of his lips with the tip of his tongue,
trying to gain entry, but Milliardo kept his lips closed tightly. The man’s
right hand left his chin and moved down his chest to pinch his nipple. Milli
gasped in surprise opening his mouth slightly. The stranger took advantage of
this and dipped his tongue in, caressing the moist cavern with it.
Milliardo felt the burning
sensation uncoil in his stomach again. The damning flame of desire licked at
his insides, hardening his member and the pinched nipple. The man rocked his
hips, grinding them together with Milli’s, letting both of their errections
caress each other and Milliardo’s foggy brain realized somehow belatedly that
the man was naked beneath his dark bathrobe.
The blond priest’s mind started
to fog even more as his oxygen-starved lungs began to cramp in the need to
breathe in some fresh air. The vampire release his mouth, sensing his distress
and Milliardo panted heavily. The stranger moved down to his neck in the
meantime, kissing and nibbling at the soft skin beneath his ear.
"Please," he moaned.
"Stop..."
The only response he got was a
light bite on the neck. The hand on his nipple began to move again, massaging
and twisting the little nub, while their hard flesh met again in a maddening
dance. Milliardo threw his head back, moaning and exposing his long neck to his
torturer accidentally once more. The other man licked and sucked at it, moving
down to his chest in a wet trail. Milliardo gasped in shocking pleasure as the
stranger’s mouth engulfed his other nipple. The desire in his body raised a
notch as he felt the sharp teeth bite down on the soft flesh.
Milliardo raised his hips to meet
the vampire’s. The man’s right hand left his nipple and moved down to engulf
the hard aching flesh in his fist. He cried out in pleasure as he felt the
hard-callused hand move up and down his burning cock. The moves were slow at
first, but the speed started to build up, together with the sucking on his
nipple.
Milliardo gripped the restraints
on his hands tightly and throwing his head back he screamed in pleasure as the
desire inside of him reached its top and he came as the vampire bit down on his
nipple, tightening his hold on his spurting member.
The priest-to-be’s body sagged back
onto the bed totally relaxed. He was panting hard, the blackness that
threatened to swallow his mind disappearing slowly. But then - when his mind
cleared enough - he remembered, he realized what he had done. What he had
allowed to be done to him. And not only that – he had enjoyed the violation of
his body. He hadn’t been strong enough to face the devil; he’d let himself be
seduced. Milliardo started to sob - he was damned. He betrayed his God and
everything he believed in.
"Oh God, please forgive
me," he sobbed.
So lost in his grief he didn’t
even feel the man move away from his body, only to kneel between his spread
legs - raising them and bending them at the knees. The vampire reached down to
the floor, dipping his fingers into the small glass bowl filled with scented
oil. Bringing his now slick fingers back up, the smell of sandalwood
intensified.
Milliardo moved his head to the
side, his tear stained face now flushed, hair lying in disarray around his
head, forming a hallo on the dark sheets. Oh God, what had he done? What had he
done? How could he?
Leaning over the sobbing frame of
his chosen one, the vampire smeared the oil on his hard member and before the
blond man could react or tense up he guided his shaft into his tight virgin
hole. Milliardo threw his head backwards screaming in pain, feeling as if he
was being torn apart. He gripped the restraints tighter, the knuckles of his
hands going white. The vampire braced himself with his arms, placing them on
both sides of his lover’s body and sinking himself fully inside until he could
go no more, he stopped, giving his angel time to get used to the feeling of
being filled, claimed totally...
Milliardo sobbed helplessly,
spirit broken. The muscles in his legs trembled with the strain that was being
put on them and he tried to spread them wider, to lessen the pain. He felt the
stranger in him, within the most private part of his body... There was nothing
left, he realized. Not a crumble of innocence or dignity. The demon had taken
away everything... His sobbing lessened and a feeling of resignation took over.
He was so tired and there was nothing he could fight for anymore. His head
lolled to the side. He closed his eyes and let the demon do what ever he
wanted. There was nothing left...
He tried to close his mind as he
had done with his eyes, to be able to shut the man... the vampire out, but
nothing helped. He could feel the man moving inside of him, moaning and
groaning, licking at Milli´s nipple, biting it gently and to his horror,
Milliardo could feel himself responding to this treatment. His member started
to twitch, to harden again despite his efforts to push the feeling of desire
that started to rise in his lower region down. He pressed his lips together
tightly to avoid moaning aloud, screaming in pleasure as the man’s shaft hit
something deep within him, causing the flicker of pleasure to grow into a
scorching inferno.
"You like it, angel. I know
you do. Just give yourself to it. The only thing you have to do is let
go," the vampire whispered seductively in his ear.
Milliardo shook his head. He
wouldn’t do it. He wouldn’t... The demon moved again and Milli’s breath
hitched.
The stranger laughed and licked his ear. Then he moved down to his neck,
leaving a wet trail behind his hot questing tongue. He leaned forward onto his
left elbow and nibbled at the blond man’s neck while his other hand searched
for his member. To Milliardo’s eternal damnation he found it erect and
throbbing with need. He began caressing it in rhythm with his slow, deep
thrusts. He was constantly hitting the sweet spot hidden inside Milliardo’s
body and Milli couldn’t hold his moans back anymore. He opened his mouth,
panting as the need filled every fibber of his being. The vampire used this
opportunity and caught the open mouth before his with his own, pushing his
tongue deep inside Milliardo’s sweet and moist cavern. Milli gripped his silken
metal restraints tightly, pulling at them, trying to free himself from them,
but not to escape. Not anymore. His mind was far beyond any rational thought;
the only thing important for him now was to get more - more of this incredible,
painful, hot, sweet feeling that was scorching his insides, turning the blood
in his veins into molten lava. If any feelings of regret or self-loathing
returned they were pushed away mercilessly. It was as if Milliardo couldn’t get
enough of this man who had woken these new emotions within him, who brought the
damnation of his soul on him.
The vampire’s mouth moved away
from Milliardo’s, letting him draw in much-needed oxygen. Milli threw his head
back as a moan ripped through his throat yet again. This feeling... the
need... He wanted to urge the man to
move quicker to push him over the edge, but the stranger followed his steady
rhythm - sheathing himself within the blonde’s hot body to the hilt then moving
away so that only the tip of his member remained inside. Slowly, oh so
slowly....
"Please..." Milliardo
whispered, his voice horse with desire.
"Yes, my angel?" The
vampire nuzzled his neck and his grip on Milli´s shaft tightened a notch.
The blond man moaned again, his
head trashing from side to side. "... Please...?"
"You’ll just have to tell me
what you want" the stranger said, fingering the tip of Milliardo’s erected
shaft.
"... Do it... more...
need... m-more..." Milliardo’s voice was thick with need as he vainly
tried to thrust his hips up before being stopped.
"Say that you belong to
me."
Milliardo’s thoughts were
incoherent, his mind fogged, but the last bits of his sanity were trying to
push through and he shook his head. It wasn’t true, he didn’t belong to
anybody. Or did he?
The vampire thrust harder into
him while his hand moved up and down his shaft, tightening his hold on the base
every time the blond man came close to reaching his climax. "Say it."
Another moan. "SAY IT!"
Milliardo couldn’t take it
anymore, he had to... "I... b-b-belon-n-ng to... y-y-you..." he
wailed.
There was the chuckle again, this
time it was exceedingly smug. "See? It wasn’t that hard, was it?"
With that the vampire’s thrust grew increasingly quick and intense. Milliardo’s
body was being pushed into the soft mattress with every hard, brutal thrust.
The last bits of sanity finally left both of the men.
Milliardo was moaning constantly
now, the knuckles of his hands white as he was gripping the restraints. He
embraced his lover’s waist with his legs, trying to pull him even closer. He
needed....
He could feel his orgasm approach
and this time the stranger would not bring him back from the edge. He felt his
body start to seize when the vampire bit his throat hard, once again drawing
blood, sucking on the open wound. Milliardo’s eyes flew open as he reached his
climax, his body buckling under his lover; his come coating both of their
bellies. His muscles clenched around the other man’s shaft and the stranger
groaned even as Milliardo’s blood was filling his mouth. Milliardo could feel
the hot come filling his passage. The sweet pain in his nether region reached
it’s top and it was the most incredible feeling he has ever experienced.
Finally the burning sensation on
his neck registered with him. He could feel the life seeping from his body. It
was being replaced by an ice-cold feeling, spreading itself through his body,
which was being still ravaged by the most incredible orgasm he has ever had in
his short sex life. In the same time he could feel a strange sort of desire
rise from the pit of his stomach. It was violent, painful and full of red. He
pulled at the restraints, tearing them and he wrapped his hands around the
vampire’s neck, pulling his head to the side. His eyes flashed deep scarlet red
and with a hiss he bared his growing fangs. Before any sane thought could
register with him he raised is head and buried his fangs deep into the vampire’s
neck.
The rich sweet taste of blood
filled his mouth and oddly there was no disgust, only a painful craving for it.
With every mouthful he could feel the cold feeling being pushed out of his
body, being replaced by a hot scalding feeling of something new that was red,
red like blood....
And then there was nothing
anymore...
***
Milliardo woke up to somebody
caressing his hair. He was lying on something soft yet hard and warm. He
furrowed his brows and tried to remember where he was and what had happened.
Then his memory snapped back into place and he shot upright. Finding himself
not bound anymore he moved away from the man lying next to him. In his panic he
looked around the room and was shocked to see it clearly although there were no
windows in this room and the fire had died within the fireplace. It was as if
his night vision magnified tenfold during the time he was unconscious. What...
The man next to him moved and
Milliardo tried to get away from him as quickly as possible. But the vampire
was faster, catching him around the waist and pulling him back to his chest.
"Where are you going,
angel?" he asked, a content purr in his voice.
Milliardo could feel his heart
beating wildly in his chest, his breath coming in short gasps as he tried to
struggle to get away. "Let me go... Let... me... go..." Another panic
attack was starting to build up in his chest as he remembered everything. His
memory was unforgivable as the pictures of their wild sex returned with
vengeance. What had they done? What had *he* done? His vows... How could he
have forgotten? How could he?
The vampire laughed. "Why
are you trying to get away? You were more than willing yesterday."
"Not willing, never. You
used me, forced me... I never wanted this... never..."
Both of the vampire’s arms closed
tighter around him, stopping his struggling completely. He was turned around
and pressed to the stranger’s naked chest and he looked him in the face for the
first time... The vampire was beautiful... Short brown hair, olive brown skin,
beautiful eyes that harboured amusement in them, elegantly split eyebrows, long
narrow nose and full kissable lips. The vampire pressed Milliardo closer,
rocking his hips against him and against his will Milli felt the desire return
as their members met and rubbed against each other. His eyes narrowed and he
moaned slightly.
Milliardo shook his head trying
to clear his thoughts. "What’s happened to me? What have you done?"
he asked as he burrowed his head in the muscled shoulder. He was panting again
- but this time with lust and desire, hiis fear buried under those damnable
feelings.
"I made you mine,
lover," the vampire whispered in the same moment as Milliardo reached his
climax again and relaxed in his embrace. The stranger kissed the top of his
head and moved him to the side. He reached for some tissues from the box on the
night table and wiped them both clean. Throwing the used tissues on the floor
he manhandled Milliardo’s pliant body so that he was spooned behind him,
embracing him tightly again.
"How?" Milli asked when
he was able to pull his thoughts together again.
"The bite..."
Milliardo’s body went rigid.
"You... I’m not... not a..." He couldn’t even say it aloud.
"Yes, you are. You are a
vampire now, just like me, angel."
Milliardo shook his head with
despair. "No, it can’t be possible. My heart is beating. I’m alive
and..."
The vampire laughed with
amusement. "What? Don’t tell me you believe these stupid fairy tales where
people have to die to become a vampire. Don’t be ridiculous. The vampires are
no dead bodies walking around. I don’t know who came with a stupidity like
that. The change from human to vampire is just a... how do you call it these
days? Mutation? Nothing more. The blood supply keeps our bodies young and
strong because our cells regenerate. That’s why we drink blood... And because
it’s delicious, don’t you think?" he asked.
The memory of the vampire’s blood
filling his mouth sprang to his mind. It tasted so sweet and hot back then, but
now Milliardo had the feeling he would throw up. "It’s horrible and
bestial," he answered horror evident in his voice.
The stranger chuckled. "You
will get used to it. Maybe you will even start to enjoy it..." He licked
at Milli´s neck and to Milliardo’s dismay he could feel himself shiver with
anticipation.
Milliardo tried to sort his
confused thoughts. They were whirling in his mind, sending conflicting signals
to his body. He wanted to get away yet he wanted to stay where he was. He was
sick because of what happened last night but he couldn’t get enough of the
feeling of being possessed, fucked through the mattress. He was horrified
because he had betrayed everything he believed in, his vows, but he didn’t care
at all, the only thing that was important to him now was to stay in the embrace
of this man, to feel him claim his body again and again...
"I don’t even know your
name," he whispered in the end, his voice quiet and resigned.
"I’m Treize, Treize
Kushrenada."
Treize... so his nightmare, his
sweetest dream had a name after all... "So it means that I’m a vampire now
too? That I will never see the sun again?"
Something in his voice must have
touched Treize because he raised one of his hands and caressed his hair and
left cheek. "Yes, you are a vampire now, angel. But we are able to come
out during the day from time to time. When we are well fed. But only for a
short while. The sun would burn your skin and that’s quiet painful. You
wouldn’t like to hurt yourself, would you?"
Milliardo thought about it for a
while. Would he? Would he hurt himself, kill himself to get away from his
personal hell? No... He had broken so many of God’s given rules last night...
He wouldn’t break this one too. Suicide is a sin after all. The worst sin of
all.
He shook his head and could feel
the vampire sigh with relief. "Good. I have been looking for you for
eternity. I can’t loose you now when I have finally found you. I love you..."
"But I don’t love you,"
Milliardo objected.
Treize sighed and kissed his
shoulder. "You will learn to. For now it’s enough that you feel the bond
between us, the desire... It’s a good beginning."
Milliardo tried to tell him that
he was mistaken but he couldn’t. He *could* feel the bond between them. It was
a shining, singing cord that bound them together. Treize was in his blood, in
his mind and soul. He possessed him. There was no way back now.
"And my work? The only thing
I have ever wanted in my life was to be a priest..." There was so much
pain in his voice. This man who claimed to love him had destroyed his whole
world in one night...
"You can’t go back,
angel."
"Why? I have to. There are
people waiting for me. Children..."
"They are not. They are not
waiting for you. Not anymore." Was there regret in his voice?
Milliardo turned his head to look
him in the eyes. "Why?" He could feel fear building in his chest
again. "What have you done?"
"I left your bloody coat
back. They think you have become just another victim of some violent
crime."
Milli shook his head. No, it
couldn’t be true. "No. You are lying..."
Treize was staring into his eyes.
"It’s true. It was in the news this morning. They are convinced you are
dead. Somewhere, somehow... And even if they didn’t, how could you go back to
what you have been? How would you explain the changes? Your thirst for
blood?"
Milliardo closed his eyes. They
were burning with tears and he could feel the salty water slip down his cheeks.
"How could you? You claim to love me, but you have destroyed everything I
have ever loved. You have destroyed me. I have nothing left anymore...
Nothing."
"You have me, angel. I will
stay with you forever. I swear."
Milliardo turned away. He was
sobbing his heart out. Father Maxwell, his children... Everything gone. He
could feel something die deep within him.
"Shhhh, my angel. Everything
will be okay, I promise. I will make it up to you. I promise. Don’t cry.
Shhh..."
Milliardo could feel himself being
hugged closer, could feel Treize shower his head and shoulders with small,
light kisses... But it didn’t help – he had lost everything...
***
One year later...
A year has passed... Milliardo
couldn’t believe it. A year...
A lot had happened in this short
span of time within his life. He had learned that most of the things people
knew about vampires were nothing more than fairy tales. Sure, you can kill a
vampire with a wooded stake when you pierce there heart - just like any other
living creature. Another thing was that vampires don’t fear crosses, holy water
or even garlic. And what’s more important, they can go out into the sunlight.
For a short time and mostly in the morning when the sun was not hot enough, but
they can. The sun bothers them more because they are night creatures more then
because of some inane mythological reason... Yes, vampires live forever and
they can regenerate quickly, so the only way to kill them is to destroy their
heart or decapitate their head so that you destroy the brain.
And then there was Treize... the
man who destroyed his life, the man who had made him into what he was now... He
didn’t hate Treize anymore, he didn’t think he’d actually ever hated him. The
other vampire had tried to make it up to him. He helped Milliardo learn how to
live again. His whole life Milli thought that he would end up being a priest so
he hadn’t spent much time on clothes, cinemas, clubs or good restaurants. And
that was what Treize showed him this last year. They travelled all around the
world, visited places Milliardo couldn’t even dream about before and for the
first time Milli found out that there was more to life then his town and it’s
problems... He missed the priesthood, the children, the solitude of the church...
But on the other hand he had never felt so alive as this past year. It was as
if two people were now living within him with conflicting personalities and
interests...
And slowly - he didn’t even
actually noticed when - his dislike towards Treize lessened and lessened. The
vampire cared about him a lot. After their first encounter and the forced sex,
he had never done anything to hurt him again. Their sex was wild, mind blowing,
but there was no pain anymore. Treize was still possessive, dominating, but the
coldness with which he took him for the first time disappeared. Milliardo
couldn’t say that he loved Treize - at least not yet - but he had some feelings
for the man. He wasn’t able to describe them - maybe only that Treize made him
feel whole. As if he had lost something a long time ago and the vampire had
given it back to him...
"Are you okay, angel?"
Treize asked quietly from behind him, encircled his waist with his arms.
"Hm? Yes. Yes I am," he
answered in the same quiet tone. "It’s just really hard to be back after
all this time."
And back he was. Standing here on
the top of the building facing "his" church. It was dark already, the
winter shortening the hours of day, but the children from the orphanage were
still out, playing in the snow. He watched them with pain in his heart. They
had grown so much this last year.
He smiled slightly as he focused
on the small group of six years olds near the entrance of the church. There was
Heero, serious as always helping his little protectee Duo stand up as the other
boy fell down on the ice and dusting off the snow from his dark clothes. There
were Trowa and Quatre making a snowman. And Wufei and Solo, Duo’s brother and
the only seven year old boy in the group, fighting with snow balls.
"I needed to see that they
were happy," Milliardo explained. It was his idea to come back. He really
needed to know that they were okay. He always considered them "his"
children. Especially this small group.
"I understand," Treize
answered and Milliardo knew that somehow Treize really understood. Treize laid
his chin on Milliardo’s shoulder and looked down at the children too. He
smiled. "Their auras. Do you see them?"
Milliardo squinted a little bit.
He was still new to this whole aura and life mates things. He still learned how
to survive in this new world. He strained his eyes, concentrating on seeing the
light that was coming out to the depths of every person’s soul. And suddenly
all shifted into focus and he could see them. He blinked, surprised by what he
was seeing. Duo’s and Heero’s was the same - violet-blue. Quatre´ and Trowa’s
was green-blue and Wufei’s and Solo’s was bright, bright white light.
"They... they already found
their life mates," he whispered shocked.
Treize laughed. "Yes, they
were lucky. If nothing goes wrong they will be really happy. You just have to
hope that nothing that could destroy the most precious thing they have will
cross their paths in the future."
Milliardo leaned back in Trieze’s
embrace and closed his eyes, praying silently for the happiness of his
children. Then he turned to his lover, his eyes registering the warm golden
light of their auras shining brightly. "Can we come back here one day
again? I would really like to know what will become of them."
Treize nodded and caressed his
love’s cheek. "Of course. We can do what ever you want to do. We have all
the time in the world, angel."
Milliardo leaned into the caress
and closed his eyes. Maybe this was really what he had been destined for. The
sense of belonging he could feel in his heart was almost overwhelming. There
was still the pang of sadness because of everything he lost, but it grew weaker
and weaker with the time. And maybe one day... maybe he would be able to leave
his past behind him entirely. Maybe he would be able to return the love the man
who had been waiting for him for centuries gave him.
Milliardo opened his eyes when
Treize cupped his chin with his other hand. The other vampire leaned closer and
captured the blond one’s mouth with his own. The kiss turned from sweet and
tender to passionate. With a lot restrain Treize managed to move away from his
lover and whisper: "Let’s go, angel." His voice was husky, tinged
with passion once again.
Milliardo glanced back at the
church and his children for the last time as they headed to the stairs that
would lead them off the cold roof.
Yes, one day. For now the
passion, the desire he shared with his lover was enough... For now...
The End
