Answer: No. With every promise and blessing there is something we must do. For example in this week's verse we must come boldly and obtain mercy before we can find grace to help in the time of need. It is this way through out the Bible. We must be faithful to do our part, for God is always faithful in keeping His promises! So before you think "God didn't do what He said", check to see if YOU did what He said. =)
Oh Lord before I ask of You in my time of prayer,
Oh Lord before I start to whine and say it's just not fair,
