In the movie Hot Fuzz Officer Angel grows closer to another officer he meets out in the country. When there is chain murders running around Angel were teaching the other officer how to become better at his profession. When Angel was forced to leave by the crazy villagers his friend helped him out by faking killing him and then taking him to the outskirts of town and letting him go. However, Angel came back to help out his friend by getting rid of the crazy people and making the town peaceful once more. In the end they grew a very close bond and became the best of buds and good officers.
