by thes present Letters Me Lieuetenant William Sandilands now of Coustoune Lawfull sone to
the deceast William Sandilands of Coustoune brother german to umquhile Walter Lord
Torphichen etc. forasmuchas Margaret and Mary Sandilandses my sisters and James Cochrane
brother to the Laird of Barbachly and Master John Dysert minister of the gospell at
Coldingham ther husbands Together with William Nimmos older & younger of
Brighouse-Maines Alexander Nimmo of Hillhouse & others as tutors to the children of
the deceast Patrick Nimmo of Balvormie husband to the deceist Lilias Sandilands my
youngest sister having considerable clauses and interests on the Lands of Coustoun
Broompark & others of our said deceast father have for much less than what was due to
them on the said estate conveyed in my favours ther rexive rights & diligences
