13. Erskine3 NIMMO (William2, Patrick1); born 26 December 1741 in Torryburn, Fife, Scotland; married Maria de St. Lui 5 July 1784 in the Portuguese Church, Madras, India. He died 1805 in Madras, India and was buried 9 April 1805 in St Mary's Fort St George, Madras, India.
He was a Sea Captain in Madras - a Free Mariner allowed to sail by the East India Company (though not employed by the HEIC Marine) to and from India, probably engaged in country trade to places in the east.
Maria DE ST. LUI was born circa 1760. She was possibly Spanish or Portuguese. She died after 1809.
