The vertical side supports for the seat backs had to be notched to be able to overlap the hinge at the bottom of the seat. I used a file and hand filed the four vertical supports. I didn't want to take too much off which would weaken the assembly once riveted together. In the picture above I was preparing to drill the pilot holes for the rivets. |

The bottom hinge for the seat has the center eye taken out to allow room to install the hinge pins when mounted to the seat bottom. |

Here the pieces are taken apart so they can be prepared for priming. |

Here the seat back pieces were clecoed together and mounted in the fuselage to check for fit. I got carried away with the clecos on the right seat. |
