Gather the yellow heads of dandelion flowers in a field away from cars or chemical contamination. You will need alot of them - about 3 gallons of flesh flora to be precise.
Method
Place 1 gallon of dry, clean flowers in a two gallon crock.
Pour 1 gallon of boiling water over them.
Cover and let stand for 3 days.
Then, strain and squeeze all of the liquid out.
In a kettle, combine 3 pounds of sugar and the juices of three oranges and one lemon.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Return to the crock and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Them toast a piece of rye bread and sprinkle it with half a package or half a cake of yeast.
Float the toast on the liquid in the crock. Cover the crock with a cloth and keep it at room temperature for 6 days.
Strain the content of the crock into a jug and plug loosely with cotton.
Keep this jug in the dark for 3 days.
Decant the liquid from the jug into other jugs, jars, or bottles and allow to age for 5 or more weeks before serving.
