Hi and thanks for stopping by my webpage of past generations. I started tracing my family roots about two years ago. I was very lucky in some ways. My grandmother on my mother's side had some good family records that were past down from her grandparents. It helped me out tremendously when I started searching. I have found genealogy to be very very rewarding as well as frustrating. I think that everyone should think about tracing their roots. It is amazing some of the things you can find out about your ancestors. You can also find out about yourself from learning about them. You might be surpised how you are just like your great grandfather or great grandmother whether it be in attitude, looks or anything else. I do believe that our ancestors live in us.
