| 12 mm socket 13 mm socket Socket wrench and extention bar 13 mm open end wrench Drill and Bit |
| 1. Remove the Reflex tail fin (Pictures CFLR01 & 2 ) |
| 12 mm socket 3 Bolts |
| 2. Drill holes into fin ( Pictures CFLR03 & 4 ) |
| Drill in marked area ( recessed area ) |
| 3. Insert bolt, lock washer, and washer from the bottom side of the wing. |
| 7. Attach fin back on Reflex. (CFLR05, 06,07) |
| 5. Loosely attach rack. |

| This rack allows you to carry items or mount a trunk or box to the back of your scooter. |
| 4. On the other side place - plastic washer, then washer, then start treads into bottom of rack. |
| 6. Tighten rack on, go from bolt to bolt while tightening do not tighten them one at a time. |
