Cold air intake pics...
I was always curious to know what was inside the air sensor box so I opened it!.
There are quite a few variable resistors (pots) and I just made sure that all those were working correctly. I made no attempt to modify anything in this box. The round metal cover at the top right hand side of the picture is a manual adjustment for the spring tension, apparently for the amount of air flowing through the unit. To remove it you must drill it out while taking great care in doing so. There is more info on this modification if you search on the internet. I decided to leave it stock standard for the moment. |
