I just repainted the deck and walls. **Renovated kitchen has very nice cherry cabinets with stainless appliances- refridgerator/oven/sink/microwave. Also has a dishwasher and a double side wine cooler. This wine cooler is stainless and has two sides with two seperate temperatures for red and white. Very nice. **Renovated full bathroom with brand new elongated toilet, sink, and tile. **Fireplace that works great. Great to warm the condo too because its in the center of a main wall. **Full brick wall opposite of fireplace. Looks great with the hardwood floors and Sage colored walls. **Closet against the brick wall in nice to have for coats etc too. **Walk-in closet off the bedroom with drawers and hanging bars on both sides. **Bedroom/Den is off the wall from the fireplace. Two french doors open up into it. The room itself is small (I wanted more closet space). Some may consider this a studio because the bedroom is small. Right now I have a queen size bed in it. It works very well and the french doors shut off the bedroom. You don't feel like you are living in your bedroom. **Two entrances to my condo. One through the alley and the other through the front of the brownstone. Most condos have only one way to get in and out. It really is nice to have two options, especially for trash days, if its snowing or you have people over. Two ceiling fans keep the air moving well either in winter or summer. **Living there is easy. Because I live off Dartmouth, I can go to the "T", Newbury, Fenway Park, Beacon Hill, whatever so easily. Its a great location in Back Bay itself. It is ready to move in for you in November or by Dec 1st. I will need 1st and last months rent and a $1,000 refundable deposit up front.
