If you're looking for the epitome of Back Bay living in a fantastic brownstone,

I moved here just a few months ago and, unfortunately, work transfer is making
me give up the most fantastic place I've ever lived in. The unit is comprised
of the entire first floor parlor level. There is a living room, formal dining
room, and large bedroom. The Bedroom and the Parlor room each have bowed
walls/windows which let in a tremendous amount of light.
Each room has it's own working fireplace (though I haven't used them since I
moved here). The ceilings are roughly 13' tall, the width of each room is
around 15' and the depth varies from 20' to 24' feet. Virtually all of the
original detail has been retained in this unit, inlcuding the original stained
wood paneling, pocket doors, hardwood floors and mantles. The kitchen is a
great size- not too big and not to small- just like the porridge Goldilocks
chose. The bathroom is really big; G-locks would have no problem in chosing
this one. There is even a whirlpool bathtub. The unit has Hardwood Floors
Dishwasher Alarm to the unit Buzzer entry system/intercom Crown Molding THREE
