May 31, 2002 - well, for starters, this page. Also added a links page and a member's page to the site with small bio's of everyone as well as doing some work on the main page. |

June 1, 2002 - added links, fixed things that weren't working (guess that's what I get for being impatient - if you don't read the instructions all the way first, there is a greater chance of error), added a counter and a Picture page - now all I need to do is find pictures to add! |

Just a remimder - our first official meeting for the Keep forming here is June 15th,2002 2 p.m. at Louise Hayes Park, mall side by the rest rooms. It's potluck, so bring a dish to share, as well as any period games and any questions, suggestions, etc. about the forming of the keep. Garb is highly encouraged, if you have it, but not mandatory. If you have any questions, contact Sophia or Duncan. |

Our third meeting for the Keep is scheduled for the 21st of September, starting at 11:00 am at Anna's abode. Contact Duncan or Sophia if you have questions. |

And speaking of Anna, as her elder sister and only relative, it is my honor to announce her upcoming wedding to one
of our other Keep members, Sean Cannon. The wedding will take place on the 21st of December, 2002. In
celebration of this event, our local group, Lazy Rivers Keep, will be incorporating a pre-nuptial celebration into our
scheduled Yule Revel on the 7th of December. As she is starting off on a new path in life, she has left our House
and will be forming one of her own with our Keep members in the San Antonio area. We here in the House of the
Laughing Popinjay wish them all good luck and great happiness. With this change, our Keep will have not one
House but two! We here have been lucky enough to add to OUR rolls an Irishman of great talent, who answers to
the name of Raudolf' Greylock. More information on this gentleman will be coming soon. |

First things first - As of December 7th, 2002 we are an OFFICIAL house! Huzzah!!!! The Keep we reside in, Lazy
Rivers, is also official now as well. All this came about at Lazy Rivers' Inaugural Yule Revel, a small but very much
enjoyed event, thanks to the all of the hard work of not only our keep members, but our guests as well. I could not
have pulled it off nearly as well without that effort. Once again, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
Secondly, we've gone thru some changes in our House line up again. Raudolfr' has left, wanting to keep the option
of starting his own house in the near future open. This, while a sad loss for our household, is a gain for the Keep, as
it opens up the possibility of a THIRD house in our area. Filling his place in our House is Svipdagr of Northumbria, a
long time associate of Duncan's. Also, our young English woman, Caitlin Reed, has now decided to change her name
to Alison (last name to be determined upon more research). Hey, she's a teenager, what can I say......... |
