Patrick is 22 pounds, 31 inches tall.
He constantly amazes us with stuff he learns like:
- He says �Yes� when asked if he wants to nurse.
- He shakes his head �No� and says �No-no�.
- Yucky things and crumbs off the floor are �guck�. Now that he walks, he will take them to the trash if I ask him to (I�m really enjoying this).
- He waves and says �Bye-bye�. He blows kisses too.
- When we read his alphabet book, he says �ABC�, the letter �O�, the letter �P�, �Wolf� when we get to �W�, and he fakes a yawn (he sounds like a little Indian) when we get to �Y for yawn�.
- He sings the �AH AH AH� part of this song: �If all the raindrops were lemon drops and gumdrops, Oh what a rain that would be� Standing outside with my mouth open wide - AH AH AH AH AH AH AH AH AH AH!�
- He helps me sing his bedtime song �Bed, bed, bed, bed bed� by They Might Be Giants. He sings along with the car radio, �La la la��
- He tries to help getting himself dressed and undressed. - He still refuses to call Mike �daddy�. Instead he points at Mike, says �Mommy�, and laughs. - He finally started walking most of the time over the last week. I pulled out his corn popper and that has sealed the deal � he pushed that around so much that he finally �got� it. It only took him two and a half months from his first step!
- He gives high fives.
- When daddy makes an airplane or missile sound, he throws himself down on the bed.
