Third period has just let out at west Roswell high. Alex and Michael exit their English class, fighting. "You are so totally wrong, I cannot even begin to believe it," Alex says to Michael as they migrate through the throngs of students. "You are just jealous that I am a genius and you, while being from this planet, know less about than I do," Michael replies while weaving around a couple necking. "Michael, I am telling you, Charlotte wrote Wuthering Heights, not Emily, I know this as a fact," Alex says while attempting to open his cluttered locker. Elsewhere in the school: "Kyle, your idiocy never fails to amaze me," Isabel says as she and Kyle exit geography. "Anchorage is the capital of Alaska, not Juneau, duh." "If Buddha did not forbid it, I believe I would be forced to kick your ass for that one," Kyle says as he and Isabel make their way to where Michael is helping Alex pick up what has spewed forth from his locker. elsewhere in the school: "Liz, you know I love you, but you can't add an acid to a base, not the other way around," max says to Liz as they exit chem together. "darling," Liz says mockingly, "maybe on your planet, that is true, but here on earth base plus acid equals death." "No", max replies. he then spots the rest of the gang picking up Alex's locker. Everyone turns to Tess, she looks perplexed, smoke begins to emanate from her ears. Maria appears, she has heard the conversation. grabbing the opportunity she walks up behind Tess and whispers, "transmogrifies." She then slinks to the floor with the rest of the group.
