Wednesday, East Roswell High, fifth period gym class. Alex is less than thrilled with this prospect. He changes into his gym gear and awaits the bad news of the pseudo-sport the gym teachers will force him to play. Even worse, Tess is in his class. "If I have to hear the why doesn't anyone like/trust me speech one more time, I may be forced to take her out myself", he mutters to himself as he leaves the locker room. Alex walks out onto the gym floor and his day gets worse. "Alex, Alex, over here!!!! I'm RIGHT here, don't you see me!!!!!" he hears the screech from across the room. It is Tess and she is jumping and jiggling to get his attention. He hitches a sight and walks over to her. "Hey Tess, what's up?" as she goes on and on about every inane thing that has happened to her, he visualizes many ways that she can die.....then realizes that he is a very sick individual. However, when he begins to listen to her and realizes she is outlining how she is much better for max than Liz it, he continues on with his original thought process. "Ok kids, it's dodgeball time!!!" yells coach Edelhertz "All right, dodgeball!! finally one thing is had gone right with this day," Alex says. "Oh, I HATE dodgeball, it's so very dumb. I'm going to be back and go hide in the locker room. Cover for me if Edelhertz asks where I am." Thank god, Alex thinks to himself. The game goes on. Alex is kicking ass. One person left. He sees Max enter the gym and begins cheering for Alex. "Hey Max," he yells. Alex throws the ball with all of his might at the last player. At that moment, Tess, hearing Max's name, runs out of the locker room. Alex's opponent ducks, the ball hit Tess in the face, sending her nose into her brain. She dies. Max no cries. the end
