I try to document everything I put into my mouth.  My weight now ranges from 114 to 119.  With this in mind, I have come up with a daily intake chart.
My darling boyfriend, Matt, bought me the Vivonic software for my Palm Pilot.  This is a GREAT program.  It allows you to enter all of your meals, as well as your workout routines.  It requires a lot of initial input on your PC, but is well worth the time and effort.

I am not very big on eating.  I try to split my meals up to six (6) a day.  I guess you could say that I am fortunate that I do not like sweets.  This poses a problem, however, when trying to get protein because most protein supplements are very sweet in taste.  I happen to love American Body Building's  "Pure Pro".  It is not a thick shake, but more like a fruit punch.  What's even better is that it is packed with 40 grams of protein, yet no fat grams whatsoever.  They also make "Mass Recovery", which contains just the right amount of protein and post-workout ingredients.  I also enjoy Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Pro Meal and Bars.  These are also fortified with AminoGen, which helps you to absorb more of the protein you ingest.
