Straight from that unlikely punk mecca of Newcastle, Wyoming come the Lillingtons. Theres something about this band / record that makes it stick in my head. Imagine a cross between the Ramones and Screeching Weasel, with sci-fi lyrics. It's not terribly original music, and the lyrics aren't that mind boggling. But there's something about it that keeps this in heavy rotation on my stereo. The best tracks are 3 and 4, some of the harmonies are just great. I highly encourage you to pick this up if you get a chance....while it's corny and unoriginal, I wasn't disappointed...and I don't think you will be either.
