The feelings you feel from so deep inside,
as they try and break through your stuborn pride.
It's like the cold pain when a love is lost,
or the feeling of being loved then tossed.
Like a rainy day with no sight of light,
and your new best friend, the darkness of night.
So no one can see your tears as you cry,
or see all the feelings that you try and hide.
Waiting your whole life, to find love so true,
when you find them they don't feel as you do.
but it's just to late, you gave them your heart,
and you feel as though, they ripped it apart.
You try and move on, attempt to forget,
the feelings you felt, your love that's un-met..
You run to a drug, to cover the pain,
after you come down, things remain the same.
There's no escape, you must fight your tears,
and in most cases, go head on with fears.
Suffering and pain that you try and mend
they always will be your sadness within.
