| Lonely Night The sun will fade, darkness creeps up, my broken heart, on you it's stuck. The sun retreats, and night begins, I fight all my, struggles within. Blankets of stars, a moon so dark, that tries to lite, my lonely heart. A darkend sky, a gental breeze, this night I wish, to share with thee. As night goes on, temperature drops, I wish for all, my thoughts to stop. A blackened sea, it's waves at night, reflection of, my thoughts and life. Grey clouds roll in, it starts to rain, I feel the worlds, sadness and pain. The clouds hover, above the trees, I close my eyes, let my soul free. The sky lightens , as morning forms, I feel relieved, a new day born, The sun peeks up, a ray of light. I await my, next lonely night. 2003-2004 All right reserved by Keith A. Lynema |
