I had a wonderful dream last night
I left.
Left this dingy town
Left my shattered dreams, my spiteful enemies
And my worthless existance
I didn't know where I went
It didn't matter
I left to start a new life,
To pretend I had something
Worth living for
What made me so happy

Is that people thought of me
They talked about me
They cared
I didn't care if they were just pretending
If their feelings weren't true
I was someone worth thinking about
And that means more
Than you will ever know
I was full of promise
I had achivable dreams
My enemies could be overcome
I was a worthwhile human being
They thought about me
