2. It is usually a good idea to send along at least one plain, unlined index card. This is useful in case the person you want an autograph from does not provide their own item. (Sometimes they will sign their own item as well as your card).
3. When you write a letter to a celebrity, try to be short and to the point. It is a good idea to mention a favorite work (ie. movie, show, or song) that you really like.- but do not get overly personal - they often have someone screening their fan mail for them.
