The Stations shall be requested to Regular Marketing Seminars and Training with immediate members of their families as Guests of MYPerfecHAVEN. The emphasis will be on developing them as TIPSTERS for MySAOfficers and for them to learn how to successfully invite Family Benefactors. Each Station has its own neighborhood aside from relatives and friends who can be invited, followed up and eventually convinced to hold their celebrations at MYPerfecHAVEN. A Data Bank of the status of actions taken up to clenching the deals shall be maintained, among others. This will help MYPerfecHAVEN monitor and follow through when appropriate to accomplish high success points. Performance Benefits including periodic raffles and promotional items shall be the mainstays for the Stations and others to be continuously eager to participate in the activities of MYPerfecHAVEN.
MERCHANDISING MATERIALS that cater to different individual and seasonal occasions shall be distributed in all marketing outlets, especially participating Metro Naga Electronic Loading Stations. Strategic Billboards shall be erected; tarpaulin and other longer lasting materials for Regular and Seasonal Outdoor Promotions shall be made available. CAMPAIGN SORTIES in schools, banks and institutions, and other high density places shall be undertaken as an aggressive campaign tool for market saturation.

Regular visits of MyFBenefactors and immediate family members shall help ensure full capacity operations thus further assuring continuing and wholesome activities in MyPerfecHAVEN. MY Guest Entrance Cards shall be issued as gratuities in accordance with the Guest Points distributed to MyFBenefactors. MyGEC shall have a minimal charge for printing and other costs. Initially, MyGEC, for the Ground floor [Phase 1] shall have 1 Gpoint; for the 2nd floor, 2 Gpoints; for the 3rd floor, 3 Gpoints. Guest Points given to MyFBenefactors shall be
PLEDGE is by lots of P10,000.00; as a voluntary deed, it has no interest. Every additional PLEDGE of P10,000.00 entitles MyFBenefactor 25% of 1 Guest Point. Maximum Pledge is limited to P100,000.00 per MyFBenefactor. PRETERMINATION OF PLEDGE
