1. Malaysian Phone Cards will NOT be responsible for any lost in shipment or delivery as such factors are beyond our control. Any case(s) that is (are) brought to our attention will be reviewed independently and any subsequent action will be up to Malaysian Phone Cards.

2. Malaysian Phone Cards reserves the right to amend the rules, regulations and conditions of purchase at any time and place.

3. Proof of postage is NOT be accepted as proof of receipt.

4. The cards we sell are all used telephone cards. Reasonable tear and wear should be expected. However, we assure you that our cards are always screened before any purchase and delivery to our customers to ensure the best possible quality. Our cards are assured to be fold-free. We are committed to provide you with cards that are in the best condition possible.

5. Should you be a first-time customer, we advise you to try us out for one time before any further purchases. Always read our rules and regulations before committing yourself to any purchases.

6. All transactions are recorded both manually and electronically for future references.

7. Once the order is received, the transaction will proceed immediately. Malaysian Phone Cards will NOT entertain any requests to halt transaction or requests for refund. Once sold, the cards are NOT returnable.

8. Please provide us with accurate and complete details that are required for transaction. Any failure on your part, that leads to the cards being mis-sent or missing, is NOT the responsibility of Malaysian Phone Cards.
