To do an ollie stand with your back foot on the tail of the board and your front foot in the middle. Now bend your knees and jump off your back foot pushing the tail of the board to the ground. When you do this your front wheels will rise and right after the tail hits the ground drag your front foot to the nose of the board. If this is done correctly you will have done an ollie.
To do a frontside 180 put your feet in ollie position and bend your knees alot. Now wind up by turning your body like your going to go backside and then pop your tail and unwind. If this is done right your should have scooped the ollie off the ground and started to turn 180. Push the board all the way around with your back foot and then your wheels should hit the ground and you should bend your knees to land. Roll away with a big smile on your face.
To do a pop shuv-it put your feet in ollie position and pop your tail just like an ollie. Now push the board forward in 180 motion by kicking your front foot forward and your back foot backward. When the board has turned a complete 180 under you try and keep it from over rotating by placing your feet back on the grip tape. finaly to land allow all 4 wheels to hit the ground and bend your knees.
To do a kickflip place your back foot on the corner of the tail and your front foot angling toward the front truck bolts. Now do an ollie and kick your front foot forward so that your toes slide off the corner of the nose. when you do this the board should do a "barrel roll" type of spin under you. When it has spun a complete rotation place your feet back on the grip tape and land.
To do a heelflip place your back foot on the corner of the tail and your front foot in the middle with your toes hanging off the edge. Now pop your tail and slide the heel of your foot up to the corner of the nose so that it spins the board under you. When it has done a full rotation place your feet back on the grip tape and land.
To do a kickflip shuv-it put your feet in kickflip position. Now as you pop your ollie for the kickflip push your back foot backward and your front foot forward. This should cause your board to do kickflip rotation while turning 180 degrees. Try to catch the board with your feet before it over rotates.
To do a backside kickflip 180 put your feet in kickflip position. Scoop the ollie backside and kick your front foot off the nose of the board. If you did this part right the board should be turning like a kickflip shuv-it and your body should be following the board around. To land try to place your back foot back on the board to keep it from over fliping then place your front foot on and at this point your wheels should be about hitting the ground. then as you land bend your knees and roll away.
To do a boardslide aproach the rail backside at a slight angle. Now ollie and turn 90 degrees in the air so that your board lands centered on the rail. Try to balance as best you can, to come off turn your body back 90 degrees so that you slide off the rail. Try to land strait and roll away.
To do a 50-50 grind approach the rail or whatever with moderate speed and at a slight angle. Then when you are around 6 to 8 inches away ollie and ty to land with both trucks at the same time in the rail. Once you are on the rail bend your knees and center your weight this is very important. Try to hold the grind untill the end then to come off push down on the tail and turn off the rail try to land on all four wheels and roll away.
