What you're about to read is my Valedictory Address during my Elementary graduation. That was a really memorable day since it gave me the chance to reap the fruits of my labor. I'm doing my best to achieve a chance to deliver another speech. I'm hoping it will be in my High School graduation.
Mr. Dionisio A. Salvador, Sr.: Chairman and President of the Board of Trustees, Mrs. Carmen C. Salvador, Executive Vice President and Directress, Mr. Alexander C. Salvador, Vice President for Physical Plant Development, Mr. Dionisio C. Salvador Jr., Trustee, Mr. Arestophanes C. Salvador, Vice President for Finance, Mrs. Armida S. Samaniego, Vice President for Academics, Mrs. Rose Editha S. Flores, Vice President for Human Resource Development, Mrs. Josefina D. Zulueta, Academic Consultant, Mrs. Eva A. Faytaren, Grade School Principal, other members of the School Administrative Staff and Faculty, Parents, Guests, my dear co-graduates, Good evening.
This is the time that we have all been waiting for. It is an end and a beginning for us graduates. It is an end to the six or more years that we stayed as pupils of the grade school department and it is a beginning of the next four years of a more challenging phase of our life of being high school students.
There are so many things that I will surely miss. I remember those pre-elementary days when I would go behind my mother's back and hold on tightly to her skirt because I didn't like to be left alone in the classroom; those times when I would be dressing up for field demonstrations and my mom would be taking pictures of my every step; the field trips that I joined with my grandfather as chaperone sometimes; the lines that I had to memorize and the concepts that I had to review when asked to compete in contests; the difficult and unpopular task of helping maintain discipline as GSPO President; the draining task of putting into words the pulse of young children as Horizon's Editor-in-Chief; the exciting games I had to participate in Palarong Pinoy; the nights I had to stay up late to finish required projects and to review for tests such as the NEAT; and many more unforgettable experiences I have gone through. I am very sure that my co-graduates have much more to recall and share as their own experiences.
All our learning experiences became very meaningful and fruitful not only because we have made them but because many have contributed for such to happen.
Thank you to the school administration for coming up with a relevant vision-mission; for providing us with facilities; for hiring qualified office personnel; and for getting very dedicated and committed teachers.
Thank you to all our teachers who showed us through their teaching and witnessing how it is to be truly educated and cultured pupils. They coaxed, coached and pushed us to the point that we were able to maximize the God-given talents that we possess. Thank you, our dear teachers, for turning fear to fascination.
Thank you to our parents who love us no matter what; for their unending sacrifice to be able to give us the best that life can offer; for their unlimited patience and understanding even if we tend to be ungrateful of the things provided to us like good education.
And most of all, thank you, dear God for allowing us to be born and experience the beauty of life and Your creation. Thank you, Lord for without You, we are nothing.
And so at this point, may I request all my co-graduates to stand up and face these people and give them a round of applause as our way of showing our gratitude for all the help extended to us to become what we are now.
As I have said this is not the end but a beginning. Some of us will still be together and some will be leaving for another school. But, wherever we go, we can definitely walk tall and proud for we are sure that we have been rooted well during our formative years. Let us continue to become a part of the community the school envisions a community of committed individuals empowered by God to live life to the fullest in a peaceful, progressive and humane society.
And my final message to my co-graduates-"Do what you can, with what you have, where you are."
      Thank you and good day!
