I WANNA GROW OLD WITH YOU

I wanna make you smile
Whenever you're sad
Carry you around when your arthritis is bad
All I wanna do, is grow old with you

I'll get you medicine when your tummy aches
Build you a fire if the furnace breaks
So, it could be so nice growing old with you,....

I'll miss you
Kiss you
Give you my coat when you are cold
Need you
Feed you
Even let you hold the remote control.

So let me do the dishes in our kitchen sink
Put you to bed when you've had too much to drink
Oh I could be the man that grows old with you
I wanna grow old with you.

ADAM SANDLER

What makes the song so special is that the lyrics have a twist of humor in it yet the meaning is very deep. We all want to find a person to grow old with. I also want this song to be sung at my wedding day.

CRAZY FOR THIS GIRL

She rolls the window down
And she talks over the sound
Of the cars that pass us by
And I don't know why
But she's changed my mind

Would you look at her as she looks at me
She's got me thinking about her constantly
But she don't know how I feel
And as she carries on without a doubt
I wonder if she's figured out
I'm crazy for this girl

She was the one to hold me
The night the sky fell down
And what was I thinking when
The world didn't end
Why didn't I know what I know now

And right now
Face to face all my fears
Pushed aside and right now
I'm ready to spend
The rest of my life with you

EVAN AND JARON

I went through this obsession with the show Dawson's Creek. I especially liked the season when Pacey and Joey who were the last people you'd expect to fall in love with each other actually did. Their love story was so unique and funny. Crazy for This Girl was their theme song.

U GOT IT BAD

Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
When you feel it in your body
You found somebody who
Makes you change your ways
Like hanging wit' your crew
Said you act like you ready
But you don't really know
And everything in your past
You wanna let it go
I been there, done it, humped around (ha)
After all that, this is what I found
Nobody wants to be alone
If you're touched by the words in this song
Then maybe

CHORUS:
You got it, you got it bad
When you're on the phone
Hang up and you call right back
(Ooh) You got it, you got it bad
If you miss a day without your friend
Your whole life's off track
You know you got it bad when
You stuck in the house
You don't wanna have fun
'Cos all you think about
You got it bad when you're out with someone
But you keep on thinkin' 'bout somebody else
You got it bad

When you say that you love 'em
And you really know everything
That used to matter don't matter no more
Like my money all my cars
You can have it all and
Flowers, cards and candy I do it just 'cos
I said I'm fortunate to have you girl
I want you to know I really adore you
All my people that know what's going on
Look at your mate help me sing my song
Tell her I'm your man
You're my girl
I'm gonna tell it to the whole wide world
Ladies, say I'm your girl
You're my man
Promise to love you the best I can
See I've been there, done it, humped around
After all that, this is what I found
Every one of y'all are just like me
It's too bad that you can't see
That you got it bad
REPEAT CHORUS

USHER

Everyone I know likes this song. I guess it's because we can all relate to the song and its lyrics. All of us, at one stage of our life, had it bad for someone. That's what makes the song true. It aptly describes people who are in love.

SECRET GARDEN

She'll let you in her house
If you come knockin' late at night
She'll let you in her mouth if the
Words you say are right
If you pay the price
She'll let you deep inside
But there's a secret garden she hides
She'll let you in her car
To go drivin' round
She'll let you into the parts of herself
That'll bring you down
She'll let you in her heart
If you got a hammer and a vise
But into her secret garden, don't think twice
You've gone a million miles
How far'd you get to that place where
You can't remember and you can't forget
She'll lead you down a path
There'll be tenderness in the air
She'll let you come just far enough
So you know she's really there
She'll look at you and smile
And her eyes will say
She's got a secret garden
Where everything you want
Where everything you need
Will always stay a million miles away.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN

This was a part of the soundtrack of the movie Jerry Maguire which is one of my favorites. It was sang in the part where the female lead star was leaving Tom Cruise. I believe that it's a song that women can really understand because somehow we all have our own secret garden.
