I am 15 years of age, 6 feet tall and I live in LaPorte Colorado, a little town just outside of Ft. Collins. If you know where Ft. Collins is, then you know that I live in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies. Horsetooth Resevior, Lory State park, and Grey Rock are all less then 30 minutes away from my house. All of these, especially Grey Rock, have very good climbing. Routes anywhere from easy 5.5's to greuling 5.13's are found here, all of them fairly easy to get too.
I was born in Ft. Collins in December of '85 and i have lived here all but 2 years of my life. We moved to Colorado Springs while my dad built a custom log home for my grandparents. I was homeschooled from K-5, when I attended a charter schoo in 6thl. After a semester of that, I came back home. From 6-8th I was homeschool again, until I attended Cache La Poudre Junior School half way through my 8th grade year and all through my 9th grade year. I know plan to go back to homeschooling so that I will be able to have more time for rock climbing, work, and my music. |
