"It doesn't matter. Nothing does not anymore."
Geoffrey Oak hasn't enjoyed his life much.
His wife is dead, his kids hate him, he hates his father, he's been fired from his job, and he's begun to find out what it means to be an alcoholic.
So, what's with this guy?
In short, Geoffrey, like Gio, had a fairly normal life that started to fall apart. He'd never gotten along very well with his father, the Professor. The night of his high school graduation, Ed informed him that he was the product of a one-night stand with Agatha, yeah sick, don't think about it. After hearing this wonderful bit of information, Geoffrey left, never to return.
He married Mable Ferriday, and they had three children. Mable died giving birth to the last, and the doctors informed Geoffrey that the kid was also dead.
Distraught, Geoff ran off, leaving the kids home with a woman he paid by mail. He went to work for the government, trying to forget his past, trying to forget everything.
Unfortunately for Geoffrey, the past soon found him.
