Appearance: He's about 5'11", maybe a bit shorter, maybe a bit taller. His eyes are a dark brown, almost black. They convey a sense that he is sure of himself, dangerous, and, at the same time, mysterious. At some times, mostly when he's working, the eyes convey a look of insanity. At all times, his eyes have a sense of regard in them. His hair is dark brown, and is combed off to the sides from the middle. He's got bangs split over his forehead that hang almsot to the tops of his eyes. He doesn't smile a lot, and because of this the expression on his face tends to look almost dead. When he smiles, he looks sweet, somehow innocent. Those are his main two expressions... the dead look and the sweet look. His build is about average; strong, but not overly so, and he's underweight, though not ridiculously so. Wears a variety of clothes. Usually a shirt(wow, I don't know names for any...)... the sort that is usually worn under a suit jacket, though he doesn't tend to wear suit jackets. Wears the average shirt-types. Also wears hooded sweatshirts. Eh heh heh. He's got two bumps on the back of his neck; two vertebra!
Personality: He's an enthusiast, almost a fanatic, to whatever he's interested to. He's dedicated to his causes, and will do whatever it takes for the Existance, now that he is a part of it. Part of him is the 'nice guy' sort of deal, and another part is flat-out murderous. Depends on who you are; usually he's in the 'murderous' mode when he's working. He can be very convincing, though he prefers not to try to convince them. He keep to himself to an extent, but can be open to someone if that person bothers to listen to him and get closer to him. Can put on a good innocent show.
Views On Government: He thinks it's all going to hell, and would like to help it get along that way more quickly. For the most part, he can't stand the people there.
Views On Aliens: He feels a certain respect toward them, though he also feels a bit of mistrust. He can't be completely mistrustful, however; he did get the operation.
Views On The Existance: He likes the goals, he likes working with the aliens, and he feels the the Existance has a chance, but could use some help from everyone they can get help from.
Views On Hybridization: He agrees with it completely. All of his life he's searched the skies, and he figured that it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become part of what had held his lifelong interest.
Any Other Job: Nup.
Past Jobs: He was a police officer for a little while... A few years, actually. He quit to join with the aliens full-time.
History: He spent most of his childhood as one of the kids who watches the sky and believes that there is more beyond the Earth. Not a nerd (hell, he was a very good cross-country runner... yeah!), but interested all the same.
Shortly after graduation, Billy was found by the aliens. They offered him the opportunity to take the operation, and he accepted almost immediatly. It'd been a dream to find the aliens and he was eager to be a part of the plan. The aliens told him that they would call him back when it was his time...
Afterward, he went back to the Earth. Here, he managed to fake that he had been afraid, and kept the show on. People doubted that he'd been taken, and he didn't argue too harshly. It was better not to press. People lied to cover up the fact that it had happened. Hell, people lied. They said he'd been in the hospital for four years when in fact it'd really been less than a week. The people thought it best to fake the FBI out of it. Billy didn't disagree. He didn't need to be in the hospital, but it'd been in the instructions of the aliens... So he did it.
When he got out, he went to college on money he had raised, as well as a scholarship for acedemics and a scholarship for atheletics. He didn't want to take money from his parents; they didn't want him to go looking for information on UFOs, which was exactly what he planned to go do. Why not? He wanetd to know all he could about what he was getting into. At the University, Billy took courses on studying the universe, science in general... that sort of thing. He enjoyed any sotrt of physics.
During college, he met another UFO buff. After college, they started out together and began searching for UFOs and other alien objects. This became more of a job than a hobby quickly, and both of them enjoyed it.
Eventually, he got a job working with the police force. All the time he waited for the aliens to call him back. He continued the police force job for a short while longer; this basically served the purpose of bringing in the abductees that the aliens needed. And one day, they called him back.
He was given the operation and dropped back on the Earth where he was stuck in the sea 'dead', taken to a hospital, rid of his dead skin, and transformed into a hybrid. Obviously, this was using an older method. After the skin was shed? That was when he joined the Existance...
Family: His dad is kinda psycho... He's had girlfriends, but never been married; though he sometimes says that he has.
Skills: There's the veretebra, first of all... O_o He's intelligent, he enjoys finding out more about what's 'out there', he can be murderous without thinking, he does what he is told
Interests: The unexplained. Movies, music, books, the usual. He likes classical music and litaerature, as well as anything newer... He's got a wide range of tastes.
