Laser Gates is a great action launched for Atari in 1983. It's an horizontal shooter, and you face several perils like homing missiles, enemy ships and laser barriers. There are just four levels, not unlimited like most Atari games, so try to beat the game, if you are bold enough.

Play as the pilot of the Dante Dart spaceship, and face the defenses of the Cryptic Computer, the galactic defense synthesizer which has maintained peace for centuries, but malfunctioned and is about to initiate universal self-destruct!
