The PREGINET Trouble Ticketing System
(PTTS) is a system used to manage network
problems using reliable and faster ways of reporting
(SMS,Email or Web),
tracking (ticketing), and resolving network problems
and customer support matters. One of its advanced
features is the integration of SMS/Text Messaging
which is being widely used in the Philippines.
 All
PREGINET partners, administrators, and network
users may use this system. If a partner experiences
a network problem, for instance, he can just txt
in "TTS my modem is shutdown!" or similar
message to our SMS gateway. The report will be
assigned a ticket number (i.e., 10000102) which
must be kept for tracking trouble status until
it is resolved.
The PTTS system uses OpenTRS
and PregiSMS Gateway. OpenTRS is an open-source
trouble request system while the PregiSMS is an
SMS gateway which is being used for receiving/sending
email to text or vice versa.
Reporting A Network Trouble
There are many ways by which a user can report
a problem. The most reliable way is through SMS/Text
which is independent of the network links. Even
if the email or network links fail, you can be
sure that your problem report reaches us thru
your SMS or Text report.
Listed below are the different
ways by which you can report a network problem
or other customer support/inquiries.
>via WEB - Fill-up the form and submit. Your
submission will be queued to the trouble ticketing
system and assign a new ticket number.
>via EMAIL - You can also report through email.
via TELEPHONE - Call us at +632 4351071 and tell
our agent your problem report.
>via SMS/ TEXT - Just text in your report to
+639185164303. You will be notified of your ticket
number once we have accepted your ticket request.
How to send via SMS?
The keyword "TTS" must be typed in first
followed by "space" then the "message".
The SMS message must be sent as one SMS (I.e.,
160 charcters) to avoid message being chopped.
The message must contain all pertinent info regarding
the problem if possible.

TTS DMMSU-ASTI link is down at Nov 28, 2002 10:03AM.
We cannot access the PREGINETwebsite. Please help
