| I have been happily married for 19 years to my wife Sandra and we both are the proud parents of two wonderful daughters . Cynthia is 18 years old, she is currently in college working in getting an associate of science degree and her goal is to become a pediatrician; Stephanie is 12 years old, she is currently in middle school in 7 th grade, she is part of the "A" group student on her grade. |
| My training comes from many resources , some culinary courses that I have taken while at the same time I was a full time employee , I received training at CIA , a culinary school located in Hide park , New York. | Recognized as a true lider and mentor, I have had the opportunity to perform many prestigious culinary events, including The National Educational Summit on the years of 1996 and 1999, serving 40 Governors and the President of The United States, this two events where perform at IBM / Marriott Palisades an Executive Conference center that serve high level of executives from all over the world. |
