About me:
My whole life has been dedicated to my culinary career.  I started to work in the food industry  on the year 1982 but was not until the year 1985 that I start to work in the culinary field  as line cook at Jimmy's restaurant located in Pomona,New York, I then  increased  my skills over the years  in New York, New Jersey and Now in Columbus, Ohio.
I am very fortunate as an employee of the following food service business, The Ground Round Restaurant, The BBQ Hut Tex Mex Restaurant, www.theviewsatmtfuji.com   www..dolce-ibm-palisades.com  Marriott International Hotels, Sciotto Country Club, The Ohio State University,  and  since the year 2000 I have been proudly working  with Hilton Hotels. www.hiltonpolaris.com 

I am very proud of everything that I have accomplished, I am always looking for new ways to improve the quality of my work and my family lifestyle.
I have been happily married for 19 years to my wife Sandra and we both are the proud parents of two wonderful daughters . Cynthia is 18 years old, she is currently in college working in getting an associate of science degree and her goal is to become a pediatrician; Stephanie is 12 years old, she is currently in middle school in 7 th grade, she is part of the "A" group student on her grade.
My training  comes from many  resources , some  culinary courses that I have taken while at the same time I was a full time employee , I received  training at CIA ,  a culinary school located in Hide park , New York.
Also some  of my professional culinary experience comes from over the years by working with many well known professionals as chef,George Orfanoudakis, Chef Fred Modesta, Chef Peter Aielo, Chef Patric Hutch, Chef  Frank Serratore, Chef Alan Dilon,chef Roger Garland, Chef Adam Matter, chef Patric Murphy, Chef Antonio Pologruto and presently working with chef kevin Ball..

Recognized as a true lider and mentor, I have  had the opportunity to perform many prestigious culinary events, including  The National Educational Summit on the years of 1996 and 1999, serving 40 Governors and the President of The United States, this two events where perform at IBM / Marriott Palisades an Executive Conference center that serve high level of executives from all over the world.
