I think that this image does a good job of capturing what I first set out to do in "conduit" (May '06), which was to make similar shapes that when compiled in a gradually increasing scale construction, interlocked with each other. I started with a shaded version of this model, but I really liked the scale gradient that is reinforced with the circular cross sections in the HLV (hidden lines visible) version.
