TWIRP 2000
The theme of T.W.I.R.P. for the 2000 - 2001 school year took a long time to "reveal itself..." when it showed up it was declared to be "Whatever Floats Your Boat."
It was held at Townsend park from 6:30 to 8:30 on the last frigid Saturday in October; attending the event were several strange beings, including sundry bovines, hippies, fairies, and the inevitable farmer bunch.
Two of the couples from the fields having been spotted were
1. Francis and Bertha
2. John and Ethel
Though it took the farmers a while to get dressed for the event, they had no trouble finding the cuisine once they arrived. After departing from the park, the quartet hitched a ride to the infamous Fazzoli's Pizza Parlour where they dined even more sumptuously on Pizza-fit-for-any-good-farmer.
The weather held and they managed to arrive home in time to start the milking.
Unfortuanately, Bertha remembered Georgie too late, for her dear cow was gone... or stolen... or dead.
