| This show is about a dumb but big-hearted guy, who joins the US Marine Corps. He looks up to Sergeant Carter more than anyone, but Carter is constantly annoyed by the do-good truth-telling Gomer. The cast includes Jim Nabors as Gomer Pyle, and that's the only one I can think of off the top of my head right now.
