| My nanny died when I was 4 months pregnant with my oldest daughter back in 1996. I can remember the songs we would sing and the fun we would have going into her room to get our snacks. The day that my mom called me at school to tell me that Nanny had passed away was a very hard day in my life. Nanny and I used to grow CHICKEN's and HEN's (hehe) not the live annoying kind but the plants.. I even took some when she passed away and continued to grow them. Nanny was the foundation to our family and with her being gone we are not as close we do not get together for holidays anymore and we hardly talk. Nanny will be forever loved and missed.
