Our goal is to place the right cat or kitten to the right home. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any cat or kitten at any time and with our discretion refuse without reason. If we decline the sale of such cat/kitten we will return the Buyer's deposit at such time. If any despute arises based upon this contract, such despute will be resolved within the courts of Riverside County, California.
It is recommended that the Purchaser have the cat/kitten examined by a veterinarian within 3 days of purchaser, at buyers expense. Any health problems of a life threatening and un-treatable nature shall be documented by the vet and reported immediately to Kitty-Kraze and a refund (minus deposit if held) or replacement will be offered. Any health problems after this time shall be responsibility of the purchaser. Kitty-Kraze is not responsible for any vet bills or charges. Failure to have the cat/kitten checked within time period makes all warranties null and void. All sales are final. No cash refunds.
Breeder does not guarantee against treatable nuisances such as fleas, fungus, mites or upper respiratory infection, which are not life threatening. These are very treatable and common in cats and can be brought on by stress that the Breeder feels unable to guarantee against them.
The purchaser agrees to keep cat/kitten in a clean, safe and stable indoor home. Cats should not be allowed out doors for any reason. Confining the cat/kitten to one room or area of the house is highly recommended, for about 3 days. This helps the cat/kitten feel comfortable in their new surroundings. Purchaser assumes full responsibility for this cat/kitten upon leaving the seller's premises. Cats/kittens should not be de-clawed!!! De-clawing is mutilation and is considered not good for the cat.
Kittens are wormed twice between 6-9 weeks of age. Vaccines for Rhinotrachietis, Calici and Panleukopenia (Fort Dodge PCT) are given at 7 and 10 weeks of age. A booster shot is needed at 14-16 weeks of age and then annually. If the cat/kitten is given the FIP vaccine, the health warrantee is null and void. FIV and FeLV vaccines are not recommended. Please do not over vaccinate your cat/kitten.
Kitten's sold as a pet not spayed or neutered before sale must be spayed or neutered by the age of 6-8 months of age. Kitten's sold as a pet do not have breeding rights and must not be bred. You can have the option to purchase breeding rights from seller.
If for any reason Purchaser is unable to provide a home for this cat/kitten, please contact Kitty-Kraze Cattery, so we can help assist in finding a new home. Purchaser agrees not to sell or give away cat/kitten to animal shelter, pound, pet store, and or laboratory.
Diet: Iams kitten dry or Royal Canin kitten dry is recommended daily. We also give Purina Friskies canned food. Changing to different food could cause stomach upsets. Cats/kittens should have clean fresh or bottled water available daily. NO MILK! Kitties are lactose intolerant. If you want to give a treat, give small amounts of KMR kitten formula only.
Please feel free to contact us any time with any questions or concerns about your kitty. We want to be sure our kitties are doing well in their new loving homes and will check occasionally. Buyer agrees to send updated pictures of the kitty at least once a year.
