Jenny hasn't been friends with Allen and Mako for very long. They met her in school, and befriended her more out of pity than anything else, as the other kids stayed away from her due to her oddities, however, Allen and Mako became fast friends with her, because of their garage band.
Jenny wishes to be a witch. However her powers are undeveloped. A poor caster, she often directs her spells at the wrong target, and in one such accident, she transformed herself into a cat trying to get revenge on a bully. Ever since then, she has been able to transform back and forth from cat to human but she hasn't managed to get it under her control yet.
