| It's the big ONE!!! |
| HAPPY BIRTHDAY MYKA! WOW! I can't believe my little boy is ONE already! I swear this has been the fastest year of my life...and I hear it only gets faster! Myka is doing so great! We went on a few vacations this summer. First we went to Springfield, MO to visit all our family there. Myka got to see a lot of family he hadn't met yet, and even realized he has two little (2nd) cousins just a year older than him! Then we went to Allentown, PA to visit even more family! He had such a good time and on both trips he loved looking out the airplane windows! What a traveler.... He is not quite walking yet, however he stands and "cruises" and manages to get just about everywhere! Hopefully soon he'll be walking! He is a great talker and loves to say things like "ball", "bye-bye" (which means outside), "doggy", "kitty cat", "cheese", and several more.... One of his favorite things to do is go outside! We go outside several times a day, and he LOVES it! He always says "bye-bye" and points to where he wants to go. He loves to point, and when you ask him questions he will point to the answer. He is really good at doing shapes, and when you ask him what a chicken says, he goes "bawk bawk" and he knows all his farm animals! He is such a smart little boy... We had a birthday party for him on August 3rd, and he had a great time! I think we need another room just for all his toys!!
