The Perfect Angel

Before God created earth he was busy making the perfect angel that was to be his right hand man. On his long tremulous journey he stumbled again and again, relentless to the knowledge of the perfect angel. After years and years of failure and discretion he created what was thought to be the perfect angel. This angel was to be the most powerful and most beautiful angel ever created. With long flowing golden hair, and with wings as white as white could be and could reach the sky. Every characteristic and attribute was perfect. God gave him all the knowledge that he held. Gods new creation was flawless except for the inevitable. God thought as to what his name should be. Gods instinct led him to Lucifer meaning Light Bringer.

After years and years of service and loyalty god realized something he had missed. He had given Lucifer a flaw. Lucifer was given free will. God became frightened, wondering about the incurring possibilities that might come from Lucifer if he were to be pushed too far. God figured if he needed to create a place that would have the power to be able to destroy Gods strongest and smartest creation. God was afraid that Lucifer would overthrow him. And the fact is that God made more than one mistake. He gave Lucifer the strength and the intellect to destroy the most powerful of beings. Well, after years of building in secret God had finally created Hell. Lucifer was very smart though, he new what Gods standards were for the perfect angel, and that he was not it. He new God would see his flaw and banish him from his kingdom. So Lucifer spent his time growing in strength and in mind, waiting for the day he would be forced to overthrow Gods plans to destroy him.

God being the one and the same as Lucifer foresaw that Lucifer would continue to get stronger than him. When the day finally came that God had finished building Hell, God confronted Lucifer. God said, Lucifer, you have been the perfect angel and have served me with the utmost perfection. But, I have created a flaw and that cannot be in my eyes. I must have perfection. I foresaw you getting stronger and growing smarter, I know that you knew of your flaw and you knew what was going to happen. I have created a place for you to rule and be your own God. I am relieving you from your statue of being my right-hand angel. For my own protection I must banish you to a place called hell.

Lucifers stood there astonished, thinking, How can God do this to me when Ive served him so well and I havent even made one fault? Lucifer says, No way, Ive served you all these years undauntedly and because you screwed up and gave me a flaw that I havent even used, youre going to banish me to Hell? No, I wont do it. Ive never showed the slightest possibility of harming or disobeying you and youre going to judge me on something I havent done? You cant banish me because you cant get it right. Now God and Lucifer knew this confrontation was going to surface. But neither of them knew how it would turn out in the end. God got very angry for being told off by Lucifer. He wasnt expecting Lucifer to put the situation into that context. And so instead of facing his fears, God cowardly banished Lucifer to Hell never to return.
