The breeze picks up as a gust of wind surges through the city. Followed by a blast of shimmering rays of white light like glimmering water droplets. A mysterious green haze starts to creep in the city as a creature appears from the shadows. He is cloaked in a dark purple hooded robe that shadows his face like the deepest crevices of the furthest reaches of the earth. The green haze swirls up and around his lower legs like a hurtling cyclone as it follows him gently. The haze churns around as he passes by the spectators on the streets.
