3 common FORM OF WILLS

z Individual Will -- This is the most common form of Will where the Will is individually written.

z Mutual Will -- This is a Will one made by two or more persons following an agreement between them to make such a Will. They also undertake not to revoke the Will without the consent of the other party or parties. Often, the terms and intentions of  a Mutual Will confer reciprocal benefits between the parties.

z Living Will -- This is also called "advanced medical directives", is a written statement made by a person to direct doctors treating him or she in a terminal illness situation to discontinue treatment if it will only to prolong his or her life artificially.
